I am 30, and I buy A LOT of clothing. For the prices, I am extremely shocked at the poor quality. Do not buy sweaters from here. EVER. The return policy is horrible, and the customer service is worse.
I wanted return my coat which is just bought 2 days ago, but they did not accept to money back, they gave me gift card. I will never buy again and ı will tell all my friends about this situation.
Aritzia used to ship with Canada Post which was perfect. Now, shipments take a really long time and fedex just leaves packages at your door without even knocking. It's the worst delivery company ever so I don't understand why aritzia picked them. Considering that nothing is ever available in store except for the basic TNA stuff - you have to shop online. I definitely won't be ordering again because fedex is not good.
Horrible customer service at Winnipeg location. Sad to say I won't come back ever again. 75% of the time I visit the store I am faced with poor treatment and almost unacceptable manners from their staff.
Used to be my favorite store. I'm petite and they have my size. I love clothes here, but due to my experience:
First, never buy anything cropped or any sweater online, especially if it's final sale or sale at 50% off or more. Go to the store and try them or you can't return. I have purchased a sweater for $60 and super itchy and way too cropped, had to throw those money away. Couple crop tops that are over cropped, dresses that are smaller than usual. It's better to spend $10 on gas than throwing hundreds away.
Gave 3 stars because of some stuff that I purchased were good quality and fit me well. Just need to shop in store instead of online, that is the only con.
I wanna tell you about my experience. It all started back Jan 17,2020. The only thing that was done correctly in store was ordering the item and size I wanted which was a super ruff puff for my dog. Ordered in 2 small (1 black & 1 blue) and got sent 2 wrong sizes. I got 2 mediums instead (1 fromCalgary & 1 from Victoria) item came in and got a call saying they sent in the wrong item. Before I even did a refund at the store, it was put out for sale on the sales floor. When I said I want to buy it to try it out even though it was larger I went back and did a refund. I got them to order me in another 2 small. Again they sent me 2 incorrect ones again in medium. Came in from 2 different places again. Again had to go back to do a return and as I was getting a refund, they are stocking out 4 new small sized black one and of course I'm gonna buy it for my dog. Got it home and now it's too small for him. Went back to refund it maybe 2 days later and got my refund and I was trying to refund my blue one which has not arrived so I was denied my refund until it comes in. Getting mad and frustrated and I wanted my money back. So on Friday Feb 7 I went to online chat to see where my package was and they said it was received on Thursday Feb 6. No one called to even let me know it was there. All in all this whole ordeal took 21 days, 7 visits to the store to finally get my money back and nothing to show for this. I DO NOT RECCOMEND YOU TO ORDER ONLINE. What w waste of time.
I am victim of Aritzia's worst return policy and even worst customer service. I ordered online a TNA Parka Summit however the size I bought was large and it was way to big on me. It felt like I was wearing someone else's coat. I tried for 1-2 hrs. I did take out the tag, but saved all the tags. I went next day to return explaining the condition. I just wanted a exchange for smaller size. I wasn't asking for refund. They said its final sale, whereas the policy mentions that anything more than 50% is final sale. The coat I bought was around 43% off the original price. They didn't honour that, they said they can't accommodate me in any means. I never experienced such a horrible return policy. They lost me as a customer and I would never buy any gift and not giving referrals fir family and friends.
STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE ORDERS.
I cannot receive my parcel because they use a cheap courier service (pairing up with some low reputation Chinese courier) with an incorrect mailing address? I tried to email the customer service and seek for help at the online live chat with Brianna and you know what - SHE WENT OFFLINE after i requested her to get this whole thing fixed, or even easier send me a refund? WTF!
I literally have no help with my lost parcel and now have to wait for my bank to cut off the transaction. I am very disappointed with my very first experience with this company and will never purchase again!
PLEASE DO NOT RISK TO PLACE YOUR ONLINE ORDER WITH ARITZIA!
The absolute worst customer service. I am warning everyone reading this message to invest their loyalty and business in companies that actually accommodate and resolve issues in a timely, respectful, friendly manner.
The most disgusting attitudes, outdated processes and overall horrible experience dealing with anyone I've contacted. I will never again order anything from this company and advise everyone to do the same.
Firstly, the girls who work there have such attitude. You get paid minimum wage to fold clothes WHY are you walking around like you're god?
Secondly, when calling customer care - you are interrupted, often given wrong info about your order and they speak to you like they just want the call to be over with.
I have similar experiences in store, where most of the time, they seemed annoyed or frustrated to perform returns. Just overall horrible. The girls they choose to hire just have very aggravating dispositions and aren't warm/friendly/genuine. Finally beginning to boycott them and move to other more environmentally sustainable fashion stores.
Return policy is ridiculous, but the best is when you can't even go to a store to return an online purchase. What is this, 1999?
Prices go down very quickly and even though you're a loyal Clientele member for over a decade, Aritzia doesn't care. They want to save every penny and don't think about their customers and what loyalty really means. They'd rather make jump through hoops for a price adjustment, instead of just giving you back the few bucks you're asking for. This apparently is too much of a huge demonstration of their appreciation for customers who've shopped with them for years and years. I'll soon be moving on to another retailer. When companies can't show us loyalty, why should we show it to them?
I returned a sweater which I wore 4 times. It snagged in 2 places and stretched out to the point where it no longer fit. I couldn't get store credit. Had to immediately purchase something of equal or greater value. Sweater I found was $20 less and couldn't even get a credit for that. So ended up with some tights I didn't want. When this saga was over I then got a lecture from the store clerk on how to fix snags in the sweater and that this was a final purchase. I left feeling liked I'd been slapped on the wrist. Never going back. Crappy product for high prices.
Bought an Eva sweater. Put it away for a month to wear in winter. Horrifyingly when I took it out to wear I noticed there were holes beginning to get larger in the sleeves. They refused to refund me because I just cut off the price tag. Mind you I had the price tag just that I cut it off from where they'd attached it. Just for that stupid reason they refused to give me back my cash. So I had to settle for a gift card as I purchased online. And this was after they demanded that I send photos of the item first. According to others the quality is poor and they know this but they gave me the runaround. I had not even worn this sweater and it was so bad with those gaping holes. It seems like it's standard practice to keep people's money and if anything at all issue a store credit. This should be illegal!
Terrible quality leggings. Pilling within a few days and they are weak in customer service. Plus the return policy is uncompetitive.
They should remain customers that anything have a discount cannot return only store credit in a few days. It was first time I shopped with them and never ever again. I asked the sale associate before purchasing she told me can return or exchange within 14 days but it's not true.
Purchased a coat online on sale - returned for a smaller size and it didn't fit. So when I sent it back a second time I only received a store credit. The woman on the phone assured me I could return it and lied. Don't waste your time shopping here.
I've been Aritzia customer for years, mostly online since I am not a big fan of in store shopping. I knew their crappy return policy(not really return - store credit for sale items but I didn't mind since I always bought stuffs from them) but their recent policy change was the deal breaker.
I bought a skirt over the weekend, the length looked fine on a 5'9" model. However, it is VERY short on me(which is only 5'4"). They did not have the length measurement on the website and only said mid-thigh on the description.
Also does not clearly say final sale on product page, you have to scroll all the way down and click on the little triangle to expand shipping & return policy section.
I logged in to my account but I couldn't return the item so I contacted customer service, which was completely useless and unhelpful. I didn't care too much for a $48 skirt but was really disappointed from the customer service and unclear/sneaky information on their website.
Please think twice before you buy from them unless you want to throw your money away!

I bought a coat online and returned it. It had been discounted $15 - hence why I bought it. It arrived and looked super cheap - not at all like the photo. It was almost $300, so I thought no way and sent it back immediately. I was then told that THEY DO NOT REFUND SALE ITEMS and that all I could receive was a store credit. The woman on the phone was truly awful. In fact, at 31 years old, I do not think I have ever been spoken to so rudely by a customer service worker. She was literally SCREAMING at me on the phone like she was in middle school - it was unprofessional and incredibly bizarre. I called back to actually file a formal complaint and was told phone calls are not recorded because of payment info being exchanged. Understood, but this means that customer service people can act CRAZY and never be reprimanded. So unfortunate. Will never shop here again.
My order was placed two days ago first thing in the morning PST. Two days later it still hasn't been shipped. I specifically asked the standard shipping speed before placing the order for my trip. I've contacted them four times already. So frustrating. This is my first time shopping there and this may be my last time as well.
I made a large purchase online, two of the items didn't fit so I drove an hour to the mall to return it. I brought the only thing that came in the box which was the return label. They were not able to find my purchase int he system, not with my email, phone number, return label nothing. The girl tried calling customer service while I waited and no one answered. I had to leave the store with my purchase. But wait, I also searched for my email receipt and there isn't one. It's not in my in box, trash spam no where. They have a scam going on where they make returns impossible so that you are stuck with the product. Everything is overpriced and the customer service is horrible. Not worth the trouble, shop somewhere else.
Answer: Yes seems how I ordered tires 2-15-2023 and now it's 4-10-23 and still haven't gotten them and can't even Wright them do to them blocking me
Answer: Aritzia is taking advantage of their young, targeted audience by not offering proper customer service to a generation that is likely to sit down and take the abuse, rather than fighting back and getting what they deserve. They have a return policy of only ten days, which is an outlier amongst Canadian companies. In ten days, a product likely won't be delivered if purchased online, so the return period is lost before the product even reaches its buyer. I'm leaving this review in hopes of spreading awareness of Aritzias poor customer service and the impossibility to return products to Aritzia.
