Only reason for lower rating was lack of communication. When I purchased on 4/6
the website said ships 24-72 hours. My confirmation email said est delivery 4/8. Days later I received email saying est delivery 5/1. I initiated email to be told a few days later that product was backordered with manufacturer, which I understand considering Covid-19 was rearing its ugly head. A few days later received another email stating est delivery 5/15. Then the items were delivered at end of April without a heads up but definitely a pleasant surprise.

Sight is great, but shipping is high. Have bought this product from another establishment that shipping was free.

It would be good to include an easy to find legend to help the novice decipher Molding dimensions. I wasted much time Googling this. Also the coupon TWITTER supposedly good today only did not work.

I needed 14.5 by 66 inch with 3 inch wide Mullion unfortunately I got 14 by 66 with 2 inch Mullion probably my fault

It went fine, except I saw no opportunity to enter the coupon code for 10% off that I got earlier today when I started shopping on your website. A little annoying. Someone should fix this but I don't want to waste time on it.

I never found the exact size I needed in the design I wanted. Also the shipping is too high for the item.

When putting something in your cart, there is no way to go back to the site to order more product. If you hit the back button, it updates your cart.

Site if very intuitive, but item description has incorrect information. Part number MIC03X03AT has wording in the description that states the corner molding matches molding part number MILD03X03X05DU. This is incorrect, and I suggest the description gets corrected and updated.

We are supposed to get a $100.00 credit because we placed an order over $1000.00.. can't find the code anywhere..

I tried to register with your site yesterday but was shut out for some unknown reason. Then when I tried again this morning I could not find the brackets that were on your site yesterday. Fortunately they came up when I clicked on my cart. Also if I want to find out what other products you sell how or where do I go to find that information. Other than that the site is good. It wasn't clear that the shutters included fasteners. I ended up buying extra I didn't need. This is my fault for not researching better.

You should reeeeeeeally consider putting a PDF on your site that shows true measurements of everything. 1) the CAD site you suggest is for PC only. It doesn't work for anyone with an Apple products. 2) the CAD file was missing from your page. 3) non professionals have no idea what CAD is.

Is the column that I bought good for exterior because it for a buit in patio in my garden. Shopping experience was good

Pages wouldn't load! You charged me 30.00 for free shipping . I'm not very happy . I expect a refund for this now!

This is my second time placing an order... the first order did not go so well. We are giving you a second chance and we will see how well you do with having the products actually available and whether they arrive when promised.

The size of this product was listed as 9-1/2" x 17". That is why I purchased it. When it arrived, it was only 8" x 17". That was a very important reason for selecting it, I needed a plaque that was at least 9" tall.

I had to put in a password multiple times. In the first window instructions for the parameters of the password are not given. And even when I did finally get the parameters in the next window I had to type my p/w choice over and over before it was accepted. Very annoying. I did not want to use the auto generated p/w.

Love looking through everything you have to offer on your website. However, I was disappointed with the "barn wood" brackets. The color pictured is not even close to what I had ordered. Shutter screws were exactly what I expected.

Website search options need help. Recommend being able to select style, then sizes. Or add option to sort by style, then size. Was a bit painful to scroll through pages looking to see what style options were available.

Service was excellent however product arrived broken on both shipments. No point sending another. I'll absorb the loss and look for a different solution for my problem.

High shipping price. Inability to return a NON CUSTOM item. Can be returned to Home Depot and Lowe's.

Your answer bot is abysmal. If you want questions emailed to sales, just create a page to do it. Answer bots indicate a database of information customers can query for common question. Yours is a ridiculous do loop of parsing whether it is an existing order vice new order. Just trash it and make an email page.
