Ordered shutters for my front window. Quick delivery, product was as described. My husband watched the installation video on your website and had no problem installing them.

Great experience. The product was as described. The actual vents area is smaller than I expected due to the construction being expanded molding, but I think it will work fine. It's just needed for an attic fan.

It was the fastest order I have ever placed. Lots of size options!
However do high demand and equipment problems it did take longer than expected to receive, though no fault of anyone's. They were good about answering my question regarding the delay and even called me back with an explanation and new ship date! I love my shutters and would place another order if the need should ever arise.

First order so am hopeful and it was a great experience. First of all fast shipping and packaged so well that no breakage or damage at all. Secondly the craftsmanship on these two heads are so detailed and substantial in size our daughter is going to be thrilled to get them as a gift this year. She loves to put her own touch and use her artistic abilities. Love!

Unable to confirm shipment or get assistance online. The finally replied when I cancelled. Fortunately the item had already shipped and it was what I wanted. Website issues were extremely frustrating, but the product is excellent.

Great that I can customize online!

Out of 4 products received, one was manufactured incorrectly and one was delivered broken into multiple pieces. These were ordered as 'trials' so we could confirm shape and sizing. I was able to do that even with these defects, but it makes me Question making a large order.

Our new ceiling medallions look wonderful. They are solid yet lightweight. Shipping was very fast and items were in perfect condition. We will be back in the spring for outside items for sure!

Great so far! We will see how the product holds up to New England weather. Only negative is with the shipping department order came in two separate deliveries even though ordered at the same time it also took over two weeks to receive the shutters.

Always hate to lose a shutter, but ordering online is the easiest part of replacing it! It did take an unusually long time for the shutter to arrive. Not sure why... I have ordered these before and they arrived in a much more timely manner.

I found several coupons for first order discounts that were supposed to be valid and none of them would apply. Disappointed. Also, there was a very obvious seam in the pediment that we had to fill and sand. That's why the quality rating was lower.

Fast, easy and really good customer service...I really was impressed with this company! My window shutters (18" wide) were hard to find but architectural depot had them and shipped very quickly.
