I am very pleased with these shutters. Love the burgundy color. The raised panel worked out great as I had to trim one shutter vertically for a tight place. It held its shape very well. Fast service and a quality product at an affordable price. Thank you.
Items arrived sooner than scheduled and, for damaged product, were in excellent condition. Only a couple small spots of primer had chipped off and they came at a huge discount. I will definitely buy from architecturaldepot.com again!

Fast delivery and product arrived as promised. Very easy to install and am pleased with the looks of the crown molding. Will definitely use architectural depot again when I remodel other rooms in my house.
Ok after I figured out size chart. Doing on a tablet which might not be as friendly as a laptop.
Initially wished they could ship more quickly. Then the shutters arrived two weeks before they said they'd be shipped. I've since realized I'd under ordered and submitted a second order. Hopefully they arrive early, too.
Selection was great, ordered product, received it quicker then I thought and everything was in perfect order. Came with instructions of how exactly to install. Followed it exactly and now my painting and finishing completed the project and could not be more happy.
Will certainly use these folks again. Absolute straight 5 star company. Their follow up was spectacular.

The screen was not secured/stiff enough however
Former experience, i know that birds,bats, can push the screen back and make a home.
So simply, screen needed extra reinforcement, i chose 3 extra strips screwed 3-4 screws each strip to a horizontal slat...it's simple thing...~3 reinforcing strips ~1 inch wide, installed vertically and the entire louvre actually becomes much more stiff/secure as well). Just an idea from one who's had birds+bats in the old louvre! -doug
Everything was perfect. The shutters are really good quality and installed very easily. The dark blue we ordered has a hint of hunter green in it when in direct sunlight but not a big deal. Great shipping speed, great packaging, good service. I will definitely buy from you guys again. Thanks!

Wide selection! Very good prices on many items. Liked the compare function as well as the "narrow options" on the website.
Had a pretty disastrous issue with shipping. Apparently our items didn't leave the warehouse until almost 2 weeks after we ordered. We were applying ornament moments before our deadline.
This company is great. This may have been an isolated incident, but I will call or e-mail to follow up on my order much sooner next time -- could have saved a lot of panic on my end of the project.
Would be helpful to view products in 3D. Also, provide all dimensions for products with variable depths. (CAD drawing not available.) Also, the shipping cost went from $13.53 to $22.45 when I added 2 additional rosettes... seems a bit steep!

Excellent site and easy to find what I needed at a fair price!. High quality shutters came on time and well protected. The finish was outstanding too. Even though I didn't need it, I really appreciated the included small container of touch up paint!
Found what I needed quickly, however was surprised at how long it took to receive my requested gable vent, hence my only awarding 4 stars. Ordered on 22 May but didn't receive til 23 June. Product quality is excellent as was the packing of the product as sent from the manufacturer. Lowes had same product line available for ordering, but their prices were a bit higher.
Site it easy to navigate and find what you need. The prices are the best I have found. A warehouse problem delayed shipping of my shutters but they came sooner than the expected ship date. I am very happy with the product and will be placing another order soon.
Found what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes. All the reviews were 95% positive, which made the decision even faster. Now, I'm waiting to see the product when it arrives.
Product arrived - everything is excellent
Did not ship for two weeks after original promise date. Called multiple times and got nothing except "I need to email the warehouse". Finally insisted on speaking to supervisor and two days later my order finally shipped.
One box was delivered late because it was sent to Georgia, not Illinois. That box had a shutter with a corner broken. I'm frustrated with customer service which was horrible. Product is ok but I've never dealt with a company with such poor communication.
First navigating near the "chat" button causes the chat pop-up, even though I didn't actually click on that. Also, I find the pricing misleading, as I was charged almost double for a "dimensional heavy item" fee of some sort. So, while expecting to pay about $150 plus shipping, I faced a much higher cost.
I tried to check out using my default browser (safari), but ended up with a window that continuously refreshed. Also I could not use PayPal, even with Chrome. Please make your website compatible with Safari.
I haven't really checked the order -- our contractor has the packages and they are being painted before being installed when we install our siding. I was very disappointed with the cost of shipping them. Seems like there should be a less expensive way to ship.
Excellent! Although I haven't opened my packages as yet I feel confident all will be in order. Everything else went smoothly so I do not anticipate a problem with the product.
