Who made delivery. They were polite and professional. My old dryer was taken away as requested.
And one thing very important to me. " They were on time, meaning they arrived when they said they would". As I watched them work I thought. This type of job is a very hard demanding job. I'm sure the recognition and appreciation they deserve is not given. That's just the way it is. I ordered a washer/dryer combo December 3rd. It didn't get to me until December 23rd. With deliver estimate between the 9th-16th.
It arrived broken. The delivery instructions stated that the drivers were to wait for me to inspect the unit before they left. They didn't wait. They unloaded it and left. My husband and I unboxed and set up the unit. It was broken! The whole plastic shell inside the washer was cracked. It took weeks for this company to approve to send a new one and pick up the old one. Now it's 1/21 and they picked up the old one but the new one has yet to be shipped! I'm livid. I will never recommend or use this company ever again.

Arrived earlier than expected. Notifications were up to date
I ordered a stove on 12/10/22. It was delivered about three weeks later. The shipping comany would not drive up my driveway, and called me for a solution. I agreed to drive my truck down and have them load it in the back of my truck. They wanted my ID and took pictures of me, which I thought was strange. Because we met at the end of my driveway, the shipping company would not wait to let me unpack the entire crate to inspect the stove. I did not see any visible damage on the outside, so I didn't think anything would be wrong with it. When I got back to my house and was able to open the crate, there were several places on the stove that were damaged, and one of the knobs was broken. I immediately contacted Appliances Connection and initiated a claim. It has taken them almost three weeks to propose a "solution", which is a return (paid by me), or a courtesy refund of $100. The customer service reps who have handled this (Peter and Meghan) have been rude and unhelpful (Especially Meghan, who even implied I had caused the damage myself). I asked for a return pickup (paid for by Appliances Connection), but they are unwilling to provide that, even though they are at fault. Never doing business with this company again.

Im fine with getting harassed as the last reviewers have said -This is an HONEST REVIEW This review needs to be posted. I placed orders for over 10k in appliances. The sales rep I had who will remain nameless had so many personal issues I could never get her on the phone. Super unprofessional. An Item I ordered was in stock at the date of order sept 2022 the only reason I ordered the range it went with -not one call or email to tell me the item was damaged and they needed to order a new one from another country- as my invoice still says shipped, still says shipped. I've called I've emailed over 6x and this is the service I get super unprofessional. Not offer to call the company no offer for a discount no offer to try to find the item and expedite it. ZERO. As if it's my problem. My only problem was shopping here - Zero Stars. Worst customer experience ever. Actually no customer service, see response below. Ticket resolved lol no its not 4 months later no item, no call from manager as promised several time and requested and my sales rep who I gave a list of appliances to for my new home to price out never called nothing. I received my refrigerator on 1/9/2023 and the back of the metal cover was damage with a ding on the top left side of the refrigerator.
The delivery persons just left the unit inside the Casita wrap and left. They should at least unwrap the unit and inspected for damage and also at least plug the unit and attach the bottom cover.

Long stressful story short, it has been over six months now for them to evade any responsibility for defective products they sold and delivered, even though it was reported at the time of installation and within three days of delivery. They now ask me to get it resolved with the manufacturers directly with absolutely no shame. No wonder they only get two starts on BBB. Check all the reviews, not just here.

I placed an order with Appliances Connection for more money than other places as they listed the product as in stock with a 12-14day delivery window, more than enough time before my contractor was scheduled. After waiting more than 7month for the appliance to be delivered I then had to try and get my contractor rescheduled. This ended up being more than 30days after delivery. The appliance arrived damaged and since it was not unpacked for install within their 30 day window I now have a very expensive piece of trash and they will not replace or repair it.

Easy ordering process. Delivery was a disaster. Paid for white glove service. It was anything but white glove. Had to tell the delivery guys to remove the range from the pallet to get it through the door. In doing do, the oven door fell open and was scratched. Even after reminding the delivery team that they were to remove packaging materials, they refused. Most importantly, the delivery did not include the gas range burner caps and one of the 3 range grates. The range is not useable without them. Almost a month after delivery, we are still unable to use the range. Appliance Connection could have provided the missing parts from another in-stock range - we offered to drive to Brooklyn to pick them up - but they refused. The burner caps are well late to the promised delivery date. The range grates are not in stock and there is no projected delivery date. Without great customer service, buying major appliances online is risky. We should have bought locally...

We purchased $10,000 worth of appliances including a new vent hood from ApplianceConnection (AC). We also bought the manufactures duct and fittings (at a premium cost) to insure everything would fit properly. The order was delivered in early October. We inspected the packaging to make sure no damage since we could not get an installer until first week of December. During the install we discovered the exterior vent for the hood was not the model we ordered. The box was marked correctly, but the actual piece inside was for a much smaller vent and could not be used. We called AC and described the problem. We also told them of the need for a rapid resolution since our new range and vent hood was now inoperable. They sent us an email link to report the problem, answer questions and upload photos to substantiate the issue. After completing the report, we called every day for a week. No help. We did receive an email reply stating it was over 30 days to receive a refund. On the 6th call 6 days later they told us to purchase the correct part from their website. We finally acquired to correct part directly from the manufacturer (Vent a Hood).
We will never recommend or purchase from Appliance Connection again!

In August of 22 I purchased all of my kitchen appliances from Appliance Connection. At the time of purchase I was given a delivery time within the month. As time went on I asked for items to be delivered as they became available because it was taking too long for everything to be in stock at once so they could send it. I would have them delivered and set untouched in the corner of my garage. Boxes all appeared to be on good condition and a brief look over seems to all be okay. Delivery company is quick to look over and go. Fast forward to December of 22. Still I haven't gotten everything but decided to start install on the items I have because it seems like I'll be waiting forever if I wait for everything to get here. The microwave trim is bent, the dishwasher is dented in the front, and the sides, and my Viking double over look like it was out into a squash machine. Completely bent and lopsided. I sent pictures of the undamaged box and pictures of them obviously coming straight out of the box with packaging. Sadly they won't return the dishwasher because I didn't let them know in the 30 days I was waiting for all the appliances to come. Im still trying to get my double oven returned and I'm terrified to open my refrigerator and freezer because I know they won't stand behind the product and their responsibility to get it to the customer safely. I cancelled the range that I was still waiting for. Basically the price isn't worth it if the product is damaged. 65K worth of product and they could care less. Big thumbs down for appliance connection.

Be forewarned! Yes, their prices are great but if your appliance is damaged on delivery, YOU have to pay to return the damaged one to get a replacement! What kind of service is THAT? Who ever heard of such a thing? Its only a great deal if there's no damage and you don't have to follow up for any reason. The trucking company didn't even contact us to schedule the delivery, so when no one was home, they left the stove in the street, and now we're being charged to return the damaged one.

I had my already paid back order canceled for manufacturer price increase. I asked Appliance Connection " What about commitment? What about taking my money already? What about Intergrity?". Now, I have to wait 3 to 5 business days before Christmas to search for a new company. I served 22 yrs for the country because of values. What happen if I didn't honor paying for the item first, Appliances Connection would make sure it is honored. Sad day! Pay more for security.

It has now been over a month and Appliances Connection has still not addressed their failures to deliver a complete stacking unit. One representative tells me to contact the manufacturer for tracking info but the next Appliances Connection representative tells me they can't provide a direct phone number for the manufacturer (this is a problem that Appliances Connection was supposed to fix). Thereafter, the manufacturer sent me only a portion of the hardware that I need to install the stacking unit. I am completely fed up at this point.
I ordered a refrigerator and range from AC. When delivered they could not attach the ice maker, so they just did not install the refrigerator. The range needed to be converted to propane. The installers could not do the conversion, so they did not install the range. I've had to get another company to do the installation only to find out AC did not include the conversion packet in my order. I now will go at least 5 days without an operatable range. AC is refunding the installation cost for both appliances, A small price to pay for all my frustration and additional work on my part to rectify the problems.

DO NOT buy anything from this company! Just a complete nightmare. We applied for their credit card to get interest-free monthly payments to purchase a dishwasher. This process took forever, more than a month to actually have the credit card in hand. Then I ordered the dishwasher and paid for installation and haul away of our old dishwasher. Almost a month later, the dishwasher arrives, and the company delivering it informs us that their company does not install or haul away. Then comes the fun part, Appliances Connection customer service. The first person I spoke to sounded like he was in his car, and he was irritated that I was interrupting his bong rips. He argued with me/yelled at me that the delivery company does do installation, and then HUNG UP ON ME. I spoke with multiple people after that, and two of them informed me that they would contact the delivery company and call me back. No one ever called me back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. You would think that after shipping a $1,000 dishwasher, they would want to try to find a company that could install it. Nope! After all this, it took multiple emails to be issued a refund and a long phone call with the credit card company to get our first payment refunded and have the credit card closed. Took a nice ding to my credit score. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE!

The stove I ordered was listed in stock and was supposed to ship in the next two business days. About a week later I am told 4-6 weeks. After I get this notification I check online for the same item and they are still promising shipping within two business days. I pick a replacement and am promised it will ship the next day. Two days later the status is waiting for pickup by transport. The next day it's not shipping anymore until the payment is verified which they didn't process until two days after the order. Payment is pending on my credit card now and I may not have it for Christmas as promised. Their reviews as so good because they don't let you directly post reviews so they can cherry pick what they brag about on their site.

Do not buy from them. Their installer from subsidiary "YF Logistics" significantly damaged our brand new custom kitchen cabinets while installing a gas cooktop. When I notified the company - they offered me $50. Not to mention they advertise a "rebate" but then provide absolutely no information to the consumer about how to get the rebate. Super shady - BIG mistake to buy from them.

A week went by and there was no movement on my order. Appliances Connection said the trucking company had it and then that they didn't. No one can tell me where the actual order is. They blamed each other and kept changing the story. I also paid for "express delivery," which was basically a joke. "We suckered you into paying $70 for nothing. HAHA. You're a dummy."
I've tried to cancel it, but it's not clear if that's going to happen or not. I fully expect these items to show up randomly in a month.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
