I ordered this stove in February... It is now late April and I am hoping to finally be able to use it after having to pay another outside professional to clean up this company's mistakes. When it first arrived, there were parts missing, so the installation could not be completed. Appliances Connection assured me this would be finished the following week. THREE weeks later I had to take another afternoon off of work for the installation to be completed... They came and "finished" installing the unit, though it was done improperly and there was a GAS LEAK. It took four days for me to get in touch with someone, and another week for them to send someone back out. YF logistics (the third party company Appliances Connection uses) sent someone back out yesterday who found a part that was installed wrong on the back, and "fixed" it. I went back to work, only to come home a few hours later to a house that smelled like gas AGAIN! Twice now I've had to evacuate my home (thankfully it didn't burst into flames). This company's incompetence put my life in DANGER not once, but TWICE. Twice, the gas company had to shut off gas to the stove. I hired a professional last night who found that there were TWO parts that were not properly tightened, allowing gas to leak out from the unit and into my home. This is completely unacceptable, and absolutely horrifying. This is not a free installation either, like some of the big chain appliance dealers provide... Appliances Connection charged me for "professional installation service" -- well, there was certainly nothing professional about this experience. Not to mention, this VERY expensive stove/oven has not been usable this entire time! I spent over $4,000 on an appliance that just SAT in my kitchen for weeks and weeks. Never again. (I am really looking forward to using my beautiful range and ovens, and will update folks on the quality of the actual product once I've had the chance to use the different features).
Not sure where to start. Purchased over Labor Day weekend. Showed product was instock when I ordered and everyone commented about quick turn around. Sold my current working washer and dryer... here is one of MANY forms of communication with the company. As of July 1, I still did not have a washer and dryer.

I filed a complaint to the BBB and low and behold, I finally heard back from your company. I believe that I have submitted the rebate form correctly and am awaiting the rebate. This is the message from the company regarding my complaint. I would like the price difference while waiting delivery and communication put back on the Visa that the appliances were charged to a month ago.

We never saw you call about this issue. We can go ahead and process your request in regards to the price difference. We can try and help with rebate. The rebate that is available right now must be POSTMARKED OR PROCESSED ONLINE BY JULY 3RD. If you need assistance with the rebate please do call us at *******470 x 2934.
Guess what - I have NEVER received the price difference and had to turn in the rebate 5 times because they said my serial number did not match, despite having taken a picture.

Never buy from them anything. After keeping my money for 4 month and 3 phone calls get an answer that my sectional not even shipped from factory. DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCESCONNECTION

Dishwasher was delivered a day ahead of expected delivery. All went smoothly except for a small chip of the edge of our kitchen counter.
My wife and I had our son in May and we desperately needed more freezer space to store breastmilk. I called to order a Beko freezer in June and was told they wouldn't arrive in the warehouse for two more weeks and to just place my order online then. I asked if I could still order to reserve my place and was told it was not necessary. I placed the order online on July 3rd and later received a message saying it would be 4-6 weeks until delivery. I asked for an update 6 weeks later and was told it would ship out on August 25th and that I would have it by September 1st. I called today and after waiting on hold I was told they had placed my freezer on hold because of the language in my request online including the word "cancel" and that I couldn't get it for at least 2 more weeks. I subsequently asked for a manager and was immediately hung-up on. I called back and waited 20 minutes just for an associate to tell me I COULD NOT speak to a manager and that I could either continue to wait or cancel the order. I've cancelled now, and will not be purchasing anything from Appliances Connection again.

Company addressed most issues and compensated me for what they could not. This will build confidence in this company.
Ordered dishwasher almost 4 months ago and nothing but install issues from the beginning. Spring in door is not attached. Now they tell me it is a warranty issue and that I must go and resolve by myself. If you want a flawless purchasing experience, go elsewhere.
I originally purchased a dryer, an installation kit, and white glove delivery service. Issue #1 was immediate. The website stated they could deliver the items in 8 days everywhere I read until I 'confirm order'. Immediately after placing my order I received an e-mail that the delivery would be delayed 2 weeks due to COVID (photo provided as proof). If they were aware of delivery delays they should've stated so on the website. After 22 days I received a phone call 1 hour before my delivery window that the tracking information had been incorrect and my delivery was delayed indefinitely. After another 5 days my delivery was rescheduled for the next day. On the day of the delivery the service was terrible. The delivery drivers were contracted out by Appliances Connection and they used that as their excuse for everything. They did not have the installation kit, they had no idea they were supposed to have one, and they had no idea they were supposed to help with installation. According to them, the only thing they were required to do to provide a $60 white glove service was to unbox the dryer. They never explained why the installation kit was missing and tried to pressure me into signing a form that said everything was delivered as expected. Instead of signing like they asked I detailed all of the missing items to protect myself. When I called Appliances Connection they also had no explanation for why the installation kit was missing. They suggested I just buy the missing pieces at a local retailer and ask for a refund, which I did. Unfortunately they never actually processed said refund and I ended up having to call back twice to get them to actually initiate the refund. According to Appliances Connection, the refund was delayed because they needed confirmation from the shipping company that they didn't actually deliver the item(s). The dryer works fine now that I've installed it myself, but I am still waiting on the refund that I am owed by Appliances Connection 3 weeks after they 'installed' my dryer. They were unwilling to process a refund for the white glove service because the delivery drivers did open the box. I would not recommend this company to anyone, it was a poor experience the whole way through.

Awful awful experience
On July 5,2023 I paid $6183.97 to purchase 3 appliances from Appliances Connection through their phone agent Alex. I placed a phone order bc the price for Bosch range was cheaper at Home Depot and I wanted the Summit fridge bc of its dimensions.
I live in a condo with 1 flight of stairs up from street level so the agent recommended 4 flights of stairs and 1 appliance removal since the webpage of the Bosch range I purchased said it came with white glove delivery, installation, free removal services, etc. So it stands to reason I would need up and down flights for the remaining 2 appliances (fridge and range hood fan).
However when the fridge and range were delivered, the contracted delivery company said their documents did not indicate installation or removal of the range. I spoke to the agent Alex and he said he gave me a price match so it invalidated the white glove delivery/installation/etc. - even though Home Depot offered those things as well. I said why wouldn't I have requested those things if I were aware those listed services on the AC website were invalided? He responded that I was "trying to save a buck."Bc I live in a small apartment and do not know how to install a range, there's no way I wouldn't have confirmed the range came with these services. He said I could listen to our recorded call and I said yes and then he said no bc it's wasting his time. I ended up paying another $97.74 for removal and haul away, which is not a big deal and I would have agreed to if needed - but now I had to wait over a week with two gas ranges in my condo kitchen. In addition, the refrigerator arrived missing a foot and dented in 3 places. Their customer support said they will have the manufacturer mail me one. It's now October and I have not received it.
I would not recommend purchasing your appliances here if you want good customer service and not to be insulted.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
