All those listing on this website showing cheaper than market prices and availability In Stock are FAKE. DO NOT BUY and stay away - this is a scam. They do not have ANYTHING in stock and are middlemen who will TRY to get that item from the distributor/vendor/supplier at a pre-negotiated price (off-market sales channel which makes it cheaper). But whats the catch? The item will never ship as per the timelines shown, it will come directly from the supplier/vendor or the worst case order may be cancelled by the vendor because the inventory/availability shown was obviously incorrect. So you may be waiting for your order which will either be several weeks delayed and you keep following up with the worst customer service channel to get a bunch of lies each time that its getting shipped "tomorrow" or "already shipped out" and you keep waiting for an item which hasn't even probably made it through the production line or shipping process at the supplier. They make money because people like us would fall for cheaper prices at the cost of unknown / unreliable supply chain processes. Stay away - you are better off paying a little more to get peace of mind and transparency. This is as good as FRAUD & SCAM!

Applied on line for there card and was accepted, called them to ask a few questions about the refrigerator and a little information on the financing was hung up on three times, very stupid rude acting people I will be cutting up the card when it comes won't order nothing from this place, but great to find out now instead of later..

Lots of problems
July 6, 2020

Don't know where to start. Ordered a Bosch refrigerator B21CL81SNS and received a B21CL80ENS. No information on the switch. I would have cancelled if they had. The 81 is last years model and the 80 is this year. The problem is that the 80 does not fit. I carefully measured and knew that the 81 would fit. Why was I not emailed or called about the switch? The invoice and what I paid for is the 81. True cheaper then the 80 but it does not fit! So $120 later I have lost a cabinet and have a hole in the wall. They open it in the yard so you can see it so of course you can't then send it back without a fee. The White Glove delivery is a laugh. They know nothing about the appliance not even how to turn it on. They do not make sure it is working nor do they level. The worst is they left the huge box and styrofoam for a 76 year old woman to cut up and dispose of. I have never had an appliance delivery that like that.

Worst ever
July 2, 2020

Ordered dishwasher in early april that they stated was in stock. It is now July 2nd and after several calls still no dishwasher. Site states the will keep you updated. To this day they have not communicated about the order unless I call or resend a ticket inquiry. Always same reply, "sorry for delay" and push expected ship date out another 30 days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Update: 09/22/20 just received email stating it will be delivered on 9/24/20. This is nearly 6 months after ordering and countless conversations with them.

Metaphorically dealling with this company is the same as aging yourself 10 years as theyll give you lots of stress. The worse customers service ever. There is a 45 minute wait on hold when you call them and when they answer they're so rude and unprofessional. It took almost 2 month to receive the refrigerator and when I did receive it, it was missing a hose. People, please don't do business with this company so they go out of business as they have no idea how to run one

We just received the worst possible service from their website. I cannot believe what we just went through from every area of this company. False advertising of service, incorrect information given each time we spoke to an actual person on the phone, then when we had had enough and were upset with them, we were treated terribly by a "supervisor". Nothing on their website told us we would have to pay for instillation, then we were told we would have to pay $150 to have it installed, then we were told they did not install in our area! And all this after we have waited over a month for shipping! And we still do not have our dishwasher. They do, however have our money. No one has offered us any compensation and no one has been understanding or helpful on the phone. I believe that if you order from this company, you will receive nothing but trouble. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order form them online.

Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service of any company ever. From day one they lied as to when I'd get my appliances. I was told five days. It was almost a month. Then when they arrived the delivery company refused to inbox as is their policy. Left trash from his truck on my lawn and said I had until Monday to claim any damages since it was Saturday. Subsequently, we had to unbox everything only to discover both the range and refrigerator are damaged. Called in to report and was told, we will give you $75.00 off. So my brand new refrigerator has multiple dents and the inside plastic is cracked. They refuse to replace it. Refuse to do anything about it as they say it had to be noted at time or delivery. Except delivery company refused to wait, refused to unbox and stated we had until Monday to claim any damages. This company is crooked, unethical and truly has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from them ever. I've disputed the charges with my credit card company as this is not what I purchased. I never purchased damaged appliances.

Ordered seasonal item in early May, marked to be shipped in 2-3 business days. They have moved the estimated ship date 6 times. It is now scheduled for September.
They have responded to my emails, but otherwise no calls or emails regarding the status of the order except for hundreds of autogenerated marketing junk.

The products were shipped quickly and done well. However, their credit card company is the most heartless company in the world. During COVID-19, most credit card companies were trying to help out their customers that lost income and many got sick. I got out of the hospital, got home to my emails and they gave me a full year's interest at 29.9%. I called and they told me I should have called on or before June 2,2020. It was June 22 and I was in the ICU on June 2 and before it. I called to see if they could help, they said "Sorry Charlie". Their finance company doesn't even offer automatic payments, even they do with their other partners. Poor excuse for a credit company and cruel to people in the middle of a Pandemic!

Horrible customer service. Received two stoves with dents. Received a microwave with broken wire prongs. Spent 3 weeks without a working stove or a microwave. They didn't send anyone to install the stove even though we paid for the service, so we had to call our own electrician. The cord I bought from them for the electric range, was missing an important part so electrician wasn't able to install the stove. When I called them to request a discount for the inconvenience, they said they don't do that. Any company with the slightest amount of decency would do something to make a customer come back to them but they were rude, unprofessional and completely unapologetic for their mistakes. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Scam Company

Please believe ALL of the bad reviews, they are spot on with everything! Stay away and pay the extra cost from the big boys (Home Depot, Best Buy, Lowe's). These people are scam artists. They lie about their inventory and ship dates. Customer service agents have all been trained very well to lie. PLEASE BEWARE and STAY AWAY and save yourself a headache. I gave them a month to get it right. One star is very generous!

SO DISAPPOINTED WITH APPLIANCES CONNECTION! I am writing because our experience with AC was a good one. So, based on that experience, we recommended your company to our friends who ordered a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher from you. After weeks of the runaround, during which you told them they didn't order a refrigerator when they had the confirmation email of the entire order from you to you "losing" said non-existent refrigerator, to you now "losing" the dishwasher! OMGosh! I am so embarrassed that we recommended you to our friends! BUYERS BEWARE!

Salesman will literally hang up on you when you are asking him a question. Forget trying to return something even if it costs thousands of dollars and you need a different size or replacement. They only want to sell you products but zero customer Service. I'm so disappointed, I bought a new range, spent over 7000 and I can't get a person to answer basic questions. 3 days on hold on the phone. Do not purchase ANYTHING from this Company or Doulas L

We have been trying to get our order delivered for 2 weeks now, even though the website stated ships next day. Then they tell us a week later 1 item is on backorder, but are shipping the rest of the order. Well today finally we get confirmation of a delivery en route and the driver says he only has 1 of the items and missing the rest. Called customer service and they placed me on hold, then transferred me to a line that was already closed. Awful

I am now 100% sure the 4 star reviews on this page are false. I have been trying to talk to someone at this company for the past two hours and everyone keeps transferring me and putting me on hold. As every other review said people have been rude, or no one is in that department. The last person told me to call back at 2pm est. If it is not resolved then I will live with the dented freezer. It goes without saying that I will NEVER order from this place again.

A Fridge too Far

My husband and I were treated disrespectfully over the phone by a manager (or so he claimed) at appliances connection. He literally asked us was he the only Samsung Dealer and why did why buy from him then informed us that he'll be cancelling our order. We bought a Samsung refrigerator on May 5/28. The original est ship date listed was May 29 - June 1. Fast forward to June 5 after speaking with (and being lied to by) several other representatives throughout the week and there's still no update or eta. I was told Monday June 1 by Vico, a floor manager, that there was a shipment coming in that day and it would ship within 2-3 days. Here we are, Friday June 5 and the aforementioned "manager" who rudely asserted that he'd be canceling our order, told us that the eta was July 31st. He refused to give me his name or let us speak to his superior. I'm forwarding this complaint to the better business bureau, Samsung and yelp.

First they give you a fake delivery date even though they KNOW an item is not is stock, they get your money use it for a couple weeks wait until the manufacturer sends the item to THEM then later down the road, with NO update whatsoever they ship to you. Like most people I asked around to see who had this item and when it would be delivered Home Depot and others told me Id have to wait longer but this company gave me a shorter wait time... well they lied, I know because I put in another request in for this item AFTER they told me they did not have it just to see what arrival date would appear and sure enoght AGAIN it was the same short false date, this is how they do business. If I don't hear from Im going to report them to BBB

It is taking forever to get a Samsung Range that I ordered. When I first ordered it on 5/13/20 I noticed that delivery was scheduled for 6/2/20 at the latest. I called up right away to cancel the order and was told that I couldn't cancel because it had already shipped, yet it showed on the shipping site as not even being picked up until 5/17/20. It is now 6/1/20 and after being on the phone several times with Appliances Connection and AM Shipping, I am being told that it will still be another week. The range shipped by truck from New York and is taking about three and a half weeks to come to California. Don't order from these guys if you need your appliance - my tenant will have to go without a range because of their slow delivery service. Also, their tracking service online is usless - you have to call and even then they can't tell you where the appliance is.
