I ordered a sectional sofa on 7/4 and was given an estimated ship date in late August. When August came around they pushed out to late September. When September came around they pushed to early to mid-October. Now a week before ship date, they have pushed to the end of October. I understand the issues with Covid, but this is ridiculous. I have seen this same sofa in and out of stock several times on the Ashley Furniture website. Not even going to go into the fact that I also ordered a bed and they failed to tell me that it had discontinued a month after I ordered it until I called asking about it. Had to get a refund on that. Meanwhile I am still waiting on my sofa. If I can find one I like as well locally within the next week and get it quicker delivery, I will get this refunded as well and never do business with this company again.
I give these guys 1 stars. Almost IMPOSSIBLE to contact by phone! If you decide to cancel your order they will lie and tell you already loaded and on the way. NOT TRUE! I will NEVER EVER use this site again! RUN RUN RUN!

Quite possibly the worst e-tail experience I've ever had. Placed an order June 3rd that was supposed to be delivered mid-June (website said "in stock"). They kept pushing off the delivery date 2 weeks at a time, blaming manufacturer factory delays due to COVID. Finally, in OCTOBER, I contacted the manufacturer directly. They told me there were no delays on their end whatsoever. I immediately canceled the order and placed an order for the exact same product with a different reseller, which shipped 3 days later. Appliances Connection lied to me for 4 months. They are disorganized, deceptive, and an overall terrible company to do business with. Avoid like the plague.

They sell appliances that don't work, they say they will install your appliances but then they don't!
When you do get it installed and it doesn't work they then tell you they don't do refunds on installed units! They also don't offer a repair service!
Also they don't deliver on time so if you a month or two to wait you may not mind!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with AppliancesConnection.com - We ordered a Viking range April 2020. The range was delivered damaged several weeks later. They promised that it would be quickly fixed so we had them install it. 5 months later and the range is still damaged, one of the six burners does not work along with several cosmetic flaws (scratches/dents) and even now and they Still have no idea when the replacement parts or repairs will take place. Their customer support is terrible as it takes them days or weeks to respond to questions and update requests. We want our range fixed immediately. We purchased the rest of our Viking appliances from another, more trusted authorized dealer.

* the customer service manager is THE MOST unprofessional representative I have ever dealt with! He actually yelled at me and told me it was my job to inspect my appliances before I signed for their deliver as they were boxed and the driver was anxious to have me sign and leave. Leaving me with damaged product and when I tried resolving * yelled at me with insults and horrifying "you will keep those damaged appliances and pay full price for them and be satisfied!" Who does that?

So this review is in addition to my previous one. At the end of my last review I was left in limbo waiting on a call for the delivery re-schedule, for the FOURTH time. Of course, this is a phone call I would never receive. I called the customer service line and sat on their waiting list for approximately 30 minutes. I heard, "you are next in line, your call will be answered momentarily"... or whatever voice recording they have playing. I then heard the line pick up and immediately be put back down & I was suddenly on hold AGAIN. Except this time, I was not on the waiting list. I had been picked up with no response and 1 second later, set back on hold just to hear music playing. After 15 minutes with no answer or voice recording of my spot in line, I hung up. I immediately called back from a different phone number and sat on the list again for 40 minutes. Once the call was answered the lady on the other end had no initiative to try to help me with my issues at all and could not advise on when the next delivery would be. I told her that I wanted a full refund for my dryer and that I would be ordering it from a trustworthy store. She did not ask any questions, and put me on hold. She picked up 5 minutes later to tell me that they put in the refund and I should receive it in 3-5 days and hung up the phone.
I then messaged the customer service team to inform them that I did cancel the dryer and would expect a full refund. I made sure to have this in writing so that they could not try to give me issues down the road about it. I then received a highly rude response back starting with, "per our phone conversation" and followed with sarcasm. The conversation was then ended before I was given a chance to respond.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE. I have now purchased the same dryer from Home Depot and will be receiving it within the next week. Seriously, don't even bother with this site.The employees are unprofessional and rude and it is quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I ordered a washer & dryer the first week of July because this was the cheapest I had found them at the time. When I ordered the appliances, they stated that it would ship out in the next week. THEY DID NOT SHIP UNTIL 9/2! That is just where the issues began. When they called me the day of delivery, I was told that only the washer was on the truck AND that he had been given the wrong address and could not assure me I would receive it that day. The washer was delivered FIVE hours after the original time. Since that day I have gone BACK AND FORTH with this company. They have re-scheduled the delivery of my dryer, (the one they "lost" in their warehouse), FOUR times now. FOUR. Each time it's supposed to be delivered, the delivery driver calls me and states that they were given the wrong address and the address that they are at, is 3 hours from mine. I have made arrangements and/or gotten off of work FOUR times to sit home waiting on them to never show up. The customer service at this company is terrible and when I call, all that they tell me is that I will have to be re-scheduled and there's nothing they can do to help me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. You're better off paying a few hundred more dollars and receiving your appliances on time with no issues. Unreal.
The worst customer service and delivery experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and rarely write negative reviews, but this was by far the worse experience i have ever had!
After spending over $6,000 on a new Lions Island Grill, a refrigerator and a Microwave oven via Appliances Connection they promised me a delivery date of August 4th -- 1 month after placement of order but lies after lies, they had no response to me as to an actual date of delivery. After numerous attempts and phone calls, I finally had a normal rep finally get in touch with the manufacturer and set up an appointment freight delivery with a tracking number but when the item came and one again was later then specified. The item came finally in a crate and when we opened the crate the island of the grill was damaged - the tiles were broken, the grout was all over the place, the metal door of grill drawer was sprung out. When I called the next day i got an attitude from a customer service rep who I waited for 1/2 hr on hold only to request to be transferred to a supervisor who asked me to send photos of damage and would call me back. To make matters worse the, instead of calling and trying to settle the issue, he emailed me an RMA letter requesting for me to send the item back to the manufacturer and pay for return for an item that is over 1000 lbs. or if I wish for them to pick up it would cost me $1.50 per lbs. All he had to do was call me an offer to discount the item for the amount it would cost for me to repair it. And the refrigerator that came and was installed with white glove service for an additional fee was also not installed properly and they ended up breaking the fan compartment of the ice maker- that was what the Fridgidaire repair service dept who came to check the installation confirmed. So basically everything from this store comes broken and late. And I am still waiting for a phone call from the supervisor. I guess that not happening either.

I purchased 2 air conditioners from AppliancesConnection.com. One was fine and the other was damaged. I have spent almost 3 months trying to get them to pick up the broken unit and refund us. It is not worth the small savings that you may get to have to deal with this service. I have spent way too much time on this and still have no progress.

Ordered fridge on 7/13/20, shipped 7/31, attempted delivery 8/24/20 (no notice given), told appointment would be set on 9/4/20, never heard a thing, delivered 9/11/20 without an appointment after hours and no notice. Left in Parking lot and left. Arrived damaged with dents on bottom, back, side and front. Asked to return for refund. Told I have to pay for return shipping for receiving damaged product and negligent shipping practices. Absolutely do not do business with AC.

My wife and I had our son in May and we desperately needed more freezer space to store breastmilk. I called to order a Beko freezer in June and was told they wouldn't arrive in the warehouse for two more weeks and to just place my order online then. I asked if I could still order to reserve my place and was told it was not necessary. I placed the order online on July 3rd and later received a message saying it would be 4-6 weeks until delivery. I asked for an update 6 weeks later and was told it would ship out on August 25th and that I would have it by September 1st. I called today and after waiting on hold I was told they had placed my freezer on hold because of the language in my request online including the word "cancel" and that I couldn't get it for at least 2 more weeks. I subsequently asked for a manager and was immediately hung-up on. I called back and waited 20 minutes just for an associate to tell me I COULD NOT speak to a manager and that I could either continue to wait or cancel the order. I've cancelled now, and will not be purchasing anything from Appliances Connection again.

Ordered new kitchen appliances was told when I called that it would be 1-2 weeks at a maximum to receive my appliances. The order reflected the appliances were ready to ship waiting on trucking, after a week the order was changed reflecting that they were waiting for the cooktop and upon arrival then order would ship. Then was changed reflecting items were shipped, however the items were purchased on 7/28 a month later we are still waiting for delivery and have been advised it will be a minimum of a week longer. POOR POOR customer service we cannot get a response to our questions to them etc. Never Never again.

My advice is to stay away from this company. We are remodeling kitchen and have had only problems after ordering appliances. Delivery was immediately delayed after purchase. Items were severely dented and unusable after delivery. Trucking company staff seemed unconcerned about items and unloaded appliances haphazardly with no concern for damage. They took a picture of boxes setting on garage floor and left immediately. No time for inspection, no signature from us for delivery, and excuse was they had been up for two days straight.
Appliance Connections sided with tucking company. Said all was done correctly and a perfect delivery was signed for. Wow! I will be seeking legal remedy since all I get from this company are statements like "sincerest apologies for this inconvenience" (Richard).

I do not know how they mange to get even a star. I bought a leather sofa, loveseat and recliner set from them for over $2500 in July 2019. The entire set started changing color and peeling off within 8 months. So, i contacted them to get the issue addressed. The first, agent told me the items are still within the one year manufacturer's warranty and should be sent to them for an exchange. Then, when i called to get the address the next time so i could ship them at my own cost, i was told by this agent name * that I will not be able to ship anything until they get pictures of the damages and make a decision. I emailed them so many pictures from the email he sent to me but never heard again. I have been emailing them to no avail. When I reported the matter to BBB, the responded after two months. With BBB, they will respond to my inquiries after months. They told BBB that they didn't receive any emails from concerning the matter and pictures they requested. I provided the emails to BBB but that didn't still provide the address to ship the items for exchange. They told BBB that they email the address, which was a not true also. I provided BBB a copy of my entire emails to show they were wrong. As I write, I have been battling with them now for 4 months on exchanging my entire set and the issue has not been resolved. They have refused to provide the return and exchange for all my items that are having issues. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. PLEASE RUN WHEN YOU HEAR OR SEE APPLIANCES CONNECTION ANYWHERE.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
