The products are becoming better, but the prices are insane if you keep in mind they never had the most advanced hardware inside. Also updates are killing the devices and making them unusable.
I made an appointment with the Apple Business Expert at my local Apple Store. I need a new Apple computer for our business and the expert I met with was super. Really I am hard to pleaser and I will be the first to admit it. This expert listened, and gave me good advise and as I was asking questions, he had good answers and even got another expert to answer a few questions he did not know the exact answer to- that's good service. I would recommend talking with and Apple Business Expert if you need helping in purchasing an Apple computer, my local store and Apple Expert in Spokane, WA- gest 5 stars out of 5.
I recently purchased an iPhone 6 and it is awesome. But i thought it has a battery issue. The Battery drain very quickly, Please help me out on this. Overall iPhone is okay. I love Apple
This is an addendum to what I wrote earlier about the Phising experience I recently had. I NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PHISING ON APPLE, NOR DID I EVER GET BILLED FOR ADDING COINS TO GAMES I HAVE UNTIL APPLE MADE ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD! I don't know why this is, but since I changed my Apple PW a couple weeks ago, I had 6-7 Phising episodes for Pandora. We had to get a new credit card! Recently, I've been charged for purchases of coins from Toon Blast. I made a couple purchases, but others I did NOT MAKE! I am going to delete ALL GAMES from Apple, and I changed my PW. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON! I sent an email to the HELP department, so I will update you about what happens.
I am not critiquing APPLE, but I am WARNING EVERYONE to be sure to examine ALL your emails or text messages for fraudulent receipts from Apple for items you haven't purchased! Today I noticed a string of 7 Apple receipts for Pandora, at a (monthly) cost of $102.85. Every order number was different.
All emails came from "Apple" no-reply-email. I replied back to this address but none went through.
I contacted Apple to give them all of these Order ID's so they could investigate.
And, as those of you who have been hacked or phished on before, another credit card has to be replaced!
Hacking and Phishing is OUT OF CONTROL, so what I am encouraging is that you look at your Credit Card charges on a frequent basis, and that you call Apple to let them know when fraud has occurred.
On October 3,2018, I was trying to purchase tickets to a Elton John concert, and was scammed using Apple Pay! I notified Apple Pay right away and they refused to put a hold on the scammers account! In my opinion, Apple Pay believes in harboring scammers! Until I receive satisfaction, I will not be using Apple Pay!

Disgusting company I ordered a £3500 Mac computer this week I never received it when I called Apple spent a day on the phone sorting things out and they have come to the conclusion that it was delivered and so they will not send a replacement or send me a refund be very careful spending your money with Apple online you are not protected it's disgusting
So my refund request for £2.99 and £6.99 was refused after buying two in-game packs from a game called Idle: Mania. This happened last week as i logged in to see that they had announced closure of their game/servers in one days time out of nowhere. Both packs i purchased on the 25/26th of April require you to log in each day to collect rewards over a 30 day period. Clearly i had only accumulated 4-5 days worth of rewards. On the same day you could no longer find the game in the App store as they took it down immediately. They also took down their facebook page too.
I explained the situation in detail to an Apple employee my as i believe i paid for something i did not receive that was out of my control. We went through the steps and a refund request was made for me.
The following day my request was refused so i thought surely they may need more information? I requested a review of the request on reportaproblem making sure to include all possible information including what the company themselves had said in-game.
Despite my efforts my review regarding the refund decision was not changed and remained refused. Is this normal? Did i lose my money? How is this fair? I personally cant believe it as i thought it would be a simple refund as they closed their game down and removed it from the app store out of nowhere.
What would you do in my situation? Should i just give up and take the hit or should i try to get back my money which i have very little of. Thank you
I bought the iPhone 12 Pro Max less than 5 months ago the Face ID failed I took it to the store and instead of returning with a repaired iPhone I returned with a factory reset iPhone without notifying me and I lost all my data.
I love their products, customer service and innovations. My entire family only uses Apple products and we never ever had an issue with support or their products. 10 stars!

Apple company and Charter/Spectrum suck and you are screwed if you get cable service with Charter, Charter just said I can not return my Apple 4k stream boxes they sent me for my cable service, these are what they use now, it sucks, no remotes, 1 box wont set up, can't return to Charter, can't even return to Apple, you pay full $180 price for each device if you have opened it up.
English language "support" is nothing but arrogant, overly self-conscious $#*!y primadonnas. The line is crap so it's hardly possible to hear anything they say, so one has to ask them to repeat basically every word. The advice the operator gave was the exact same process I explained her already, that I tried that and it was not working. She was telling me what to do in a manner like I'm an idiot. When I had enough of being treated like an idiot and tried to speed up the process by interrupting her useless monologue, she got offended and started complaining that I was rude to her! Then she went on for minutes complaining about my behaviour and rudeness and that she was not taking this from me! Just what the $#*! really, if you are really that valuable and well educated person then why are you doing a $#*!ty customer service job? It's not the customer's fault that you are a lazy $#*! no good for anything else. I asked if she was able to help me at least five times but she kept complaining about my attitude. When I repeatedly told her to focus on the issue and provide me support instead of talking about herself, she actually hung up on me. Just WTF, really. I'll just go and buy a Microsoft notebook, I don't need this $#*!.

It would be nice if I could use my device exactly the way I want it, but it's really designed for one way to use, so you don't have to think too much about it. Overall, really great.
First of all, I was paying $475 for a sim card slot repair because apple refused to fix a phone with any water damage. This was my second time driving out to an apple store because the last time I was out, there was a glitch in their system and they refused to repair my device. On top of that, the apple employee was extremely rude and deceptive throughout the interaction. Although I was as kind as I could possibly be the entire time while he brought out the new phone and transferred the data from the old phone to the new one, he kept trying to make me buy ridiculous amounts of icloud storage to transfer the data on to so that I could get the data on the new phone. I told him that I did not want to buy any storage if at all possible, especially because the two phones were right in front of me. Couldn't he just directly transfer the data between the two phones? He told me that he did not want to do that because it would take too long and he didn't feel like waiting (it ended up taking 4 minutes to transfer). Then, he told me that he would delete all of the data on my phone because I had technically already bought the new phone. The new, blank phone belonged to me, and the old phone belonged to apple. I practically pleaded with him not to delete all the data. On that phone was all of my contacts, every photo I had ever taken since age 13 and every password I used online. Eventually I got him to sit for the four minutes it took to transfer the data directly, but he was not happy about it. I expect more from apple, and apple has a responsibility to its customers.
I hope I can give 0 rating. I used to be a huge apple fan since the first iPhone, my first MacBook Air was used for 10 years with 0 issues. But apple has changed.
I bought a MacBook Pro 13" 2017 in 3 years the computer shut down and stop working, $2500 computer for 3 years. No warranty now. I sent my MacBook to Apple to repair, first day they said it was a battery issue and it will cost me $300, and the next day they said they need to replace my logic board and that brings the cost to $1000 - with $1000 you can buy a decent windows PC.
Then I went down a rabbit hole of logic board fixing - just like H&M and Zara, they would rather create more landfills and pollute the environment than building long lasting products. I am so disgusted by the consumerism and capitalism. Apple is the highest valued company in the world and they has more than 35% profit margin because of your support. I don't know how anyone works at Apple can sleep at night.
They intentionally designed the hardware in an integrated way to make it harder to repair. Don't be a fool and fall for their traps.
I'm definitely no longer buying or recommending Apple products.
Got a real battle going with Best Buy and Apple. Wife bought me an Apple Watch last May, (6 months ago). I also purchased Apple Care for $50, which extended the 1 year warrantee to 2 years. I was under the understanding that this would insure against any damage.
Yesterday I found that the stem on the watch would not move in an out and it was very difficult to rotate.
I took the watch to the Apple store and was told that since the watch was purchased at Best Buy, I had to return it there.
The Best Buy Geek Squad inspected the watch and told me that they would return the watch and I would get a refurbished watch in it's place. This would cost $74.88. This was because the computer diagnostic said the watch was damaged instead of a simple malfunction. I asked why with 2 forms of insurance I was still having to pay for repairs or replacement.
After visiting 2 stores and much finger pointing, from Best Buy and Apple, I'm resolved to being screwed out of $125.
I'm worried now because we have $4000 worth of Apple computers and heaven forbid any of them should need warrantee work.
