Your commercial was people clicking their fingers together is dumb and then you have no email that you can even send to you.
I wouldn't buy one of your products if you paid me.
Expensive products and horrible service policies:
I went to the Apple store, Upper WestSide, NYC, to have my battery looked at. I had an appointment and after waiting 90 min (because I knew they sometimes ran behind), I asked when I was up. I was told I had been cancelled. No phone call/text/email. Nothing. They just cancelled me.
The next day I called to have the battery replaced and wanted to walk in because I was leaving the following day for a 4-day conference. But I didn't want to travel 1 hour each way if they could not fit me in or if they didn't have the part for a Macbook 2014. They would not tell me whether they had the part and said I had to travel and ask IN PERSON. Sure enough, no battery in stock. They would have to order and let me know the following week when to come in. 2 hours travelling completely wasted (plus cost).
I asked for some kind of compensation. They keep jerking me around. Jeff on the national team says I have to speak with the store manager. Bill, Senior Advisor at the store, says manager is busy and will have to call me. Same story next day with Kay, then day after with Nusrat. Then Rodney. All very nice, all worthless. All like little robots for Apple.
No more Apple products for me. They can shove the ones that finally die up you know where. I'll go with Droid and other laptops, etc., from now on.
I just tried to log into my Apple account to authenticate my music in iTunes on my new laptop. About 5 years ago, my father died, and then 4 years later, my mother died, so I have been busy settling their estate. Years ago I set up two step authentication on my Apple account, but stopped using the phone I had set up for this purpose. Apple now tell me that there is nothing they can do if I can't remember the number. Since I no longer even have the phone, it would do me no good anyway to enter it. My Apple account is completely inaccessible to me now, and I am told they cannot help me with it. Something so simple. Apparently it is their security policy. So, now that my account is useless, my intention is never to buy another Apple product as long as this policy stands in my way of doing what I need to with my own account. I was going to buy another iPhone to replace my current Android. Not any more, and never again as I am impeded from accessing my account. This mistake on my part, as they tell me, is something their competitors do not have, and in my humble opinion, is arrogant and impedes their sales. I feel vindicated by that, at least. I will keep my iTunes and the songs I can play, but I am deleting all of the ones I cannot authenticate, and I will never purchase another song from iTunes. Apple, I know you will not hear me when I say this, but I will say it anyway. Do something about this!
I really like their simple and clear. Sometimes I go to the page to search something, they even provided the online chatting, which is much convenience.
Those stupid multitasking dots at the top of the screen all the time is the last straw with this lame garbage. You can't disable this useless, annoying feature? How dumb.
Apple service bed because first thing done to do apps with that worked for second thing could not do for me I trying to unhide my music put thought some steps and did not work so they said I call you back on Monday to give you answer but I did not want wait so they end call so I Call them again ask what problem then sort it by putting through apple billing system done thing their end it work.
I love apple products and keep using them. This is the place where you can get the information about the latest apple products. They are best in customer service. Thanks.

Hairline crack on my brand new iPhone 12 within first 30 days of owning it. I didn't drop the phone and it appeared out of nowhere. I called Apple they said this was a known issue and would likely replace the screen for free upon inspection. They sent me to a Best Buy store to get it repaired two days later. Best Buy said they'd have to charge me for it and they weren't sure why Apple would have sent us to Best Buy given they had to get paid for the work being done. They recommended I go back to Apple and schedule and appointment at the Genius Bar. To say I was disappointed that Apple was dishonest and also sent me on my Sunday to the wrong place that was unable to repair the defective phone without charging me was frustrating.
I called Apple and was put in touch with a supervisor. The supervisor was less than helpful and unapologetic for the misinformation and unfortunate use of my time. I now have to go to an Apple store and who knows what the outcome will be. Hopefully not another wasted two hours out of my day. After this experience with terrible customer service for an $800 phone that I bought just 30 days ago, I will never by an Apple product again.
I've been an Apple user ever since smartphones were out. Now I'm considering switching over to Android. I wish Apple could be a little "less selfish" and allow more 3rd party devices/apps.
Horrible company. Why no proper working functions with windows or android. Really a loner company that doesnt like making their equipment universally friendly. Dissapointed
My brand new Iphone 12 Pro Max had a hardware failure in less than 6 months since purchasing it directly from Apple.com and it won't connect to wi-fi or bluetooth, so this suggests under the Consumer Rights that the issues can be considered as being there at the time of purchase. I did all the possible steps to have it replaced, but instead they put my existing screen on a different body, so it was like admitting that the phone needs to be replaced but they were saving the screen. How would they feel if their brand new computers would be dealt like this after having hardware issues in less than 6 months? Take the screen off and put it on a different hardware? After paying £1200, this is what I get! Customer service was very poor as well in Bluewater as shop was packed with people dealing or waiting for repairs! Disgusting! Worth mentioning that they've used all my mobile data to run their test as the phone was not connecting to wi-fi or bluetooth and they damaged my screen protection and wouldn't offer me a new one. Also, I called them to log a complaint, but all they could do was taking a feedback! Take a good learning of this and save your money! Don't buy!
I`ve owned an ipod and several iphones for many years so far, and kinda satisfied with those. However the pricing could be a bit lower, cuz it just goes up with every new device and stays there
If you did not know that apple cuts corners then I am here to inform you about how they do. Apple manufactures their products from the sweat shops in china so they can cut costs. They also sell you on a expensive phone that is designed to stop working as soon as the newer model comes out. I bought the IPhone XR and ever since the 11 came out I began to notice problems with my phone. Lets face facts, that is not a coincidence. Similar to the idea of getting rid of the headphone jack so they can sell you on their over priced ear buds, the company does certain things to force you to spend more money. In the past, I had purchased several new batteries for my IPhones because after two years the batteries stop holding charges. It also slows the phone down. These are done intentionally because apple thinks that spending a thousand dollars on a new phone every two years in normal... its not. Getting ready to switch to Android because I am getting sick and tired of the scams. Seems as though this started when Steve Jobs died. Glad Rick Gervais called them out on the Golden Globes. They're hypocrites and I hope the company eventually suffers.
Horrible isnt the word to desrcibe this company
I placed an order (for airpods) payed express delievery and thr order "got lost". Unacceptable!
And now theyre doing an investigation which will take 8 buisness days...
So inconvinient
Face ID stopped working 18 months into iPhone 11. Apple store told me hardware was broken and its out of warranty. #POUNDSAND. Cost to me was $400 to get a new iPhone 11. Disappointing that they charge you $800-$1000 for a phone and then when it brakes they say cost to replace is $400. They should have replaced for free. #TIMETOCHECKOUTGALAXY
I will never buy a PC ever again after buying my MAC Book Pro. I was never an Apple fan but when I had to buy a new laptop I decided to try an Apple MAC Book Pro and it was the best decision I ever made on buying a new computer. Apple really has simplified computing without all of the headaches that come with a Windows PC.
So disappointed to be stuck in a monopoly by a company that literally doesn't listen or treat their customers well. I signed up to a free trial of Gaia. I created my account and used Apple Pay to accept the 7 day free trial. I was charged 140$ immediately for a year subscription. There was no trial period. I escalated it twice and then finally called as it was "not eligible for a refund" both times. The customer service rep said there was nothing she could do and the reason I was charged was due to having used the free subscription in 2017- 6 years ago. I was a paying subscriber back then but had cancelled due to the lack of content. I was hoping to have a trial to see if the content improved before I recommitted. Rather than telling me that I was ineligible for a free trial, they let me believe that is what I was agreeing to and immediately charged my card. The rep told me that I had to dispute it with my credit card but my credit card hasn't been helpful either. So now I'm stuck with an entire year of an app that I don't want and with a phone and an online account with a company who treats their customers like garbage.
If 0 stars was possible that's what they would receive. After providing a "new" iPhone 6 a little over a year ago the phone suddenly stopped connecting to cellular service.
I opened multiple tickets with Apple Support, went into t mobile to test new SIM cards, spent hours of troubleshooting on my own, completely restored my phone multiple times as well as reinstalled iOS from scratch. This last effort did get the phone working. For a pathetic 2 weeks. Once it stopped connecting again, I reached out to Apple Support to reopen the ticket. Their only suggestion was to take the phone into the "genius" bar to take a look.
The "genius" that took a look at my phone ran the same old diagnostic test they always to. And didn't even allow the test to finish (saw him cancel out mid test). At that point I was essentially told I'm SOL, and my options were:
1. Buy a "new" iPhone 6 ("new" - hahaha) for, get this, $300!
2. Buy a newer iPhone
Needless to say, my next stop was t mobile to purchase a new Samsung Galaxy S8. This was an easy choice considering my work phone, a Samsung Galaxy S4 has been working without any issues at all since 2014.
I could not be happier with my switch, and already realize the superiority in the device compared to the iPhone. Apple has lost another customer, who has owned an iPhone since 2008. This will continue to happen as long as they keep 'decommissioning' old phones without notifying users. Not to mention the POS battery life on those things.
Anyway, don't bother. Get a Samsung.
I purchased an imac24 for myself last year, the first apple purchase I had made in about 10 years or more. My apple power book is still working, but it needed an upgrade. I had no idea how controlling apple had become over its products. I still get, many many times each day, notices from apple to use their cloud storage and email address. Well, I don't want to. So apple hits me with 3--count 'em--3, ads in a row (dialogue boxes that jump up and interrupt EVERY thing I might be doing) to tell me that my icloud needs my "attention." It's impossible to rid yourself of this push-in advertising. I also resent that apple tracks all that I do... I feel like Big Brother is constantly watching me, and I even cover up my camera to that end. More, the mouse that came with the system failed after about 6 months, and I had to spend--after spending nearly 2Gs to buy the thing in the first place--another $100 for a replacement (needless to say, I did not buy an apple product). I don't think I will buy apple again; they're just not good enough and the constraints they place on my use, their disruption of my work with their insistence I use their products, is about as anti-competitive as I have experienced. Never would have expected this kind of authoritarianism from apple.
Answer: Is this a question or a problem.
Answer: Buy an iPad. I believe that is what you want as thats their only device that looks like a "tablet".
Answer: IPhone's are more reliable and they last longer (mainly because of the software, and the software updates). Moreover, Apple has better warranties, better customer service, and their product have a better resell value.
Answer: You have to a Mac computer to unlock it or go to a store where they unlock phones
