No More Apple for me!
September 1, 2020

I have used exclusively Apple products for 20 yrs. Had 3 iMacs, 3 apple lap tops, 2 apple iPads. Wifw 2 Laptops, 1 iPad. These are the last for me. Apple pulled the license for all independent repair people. Currentlt running OS Catalina. Since last 2 or 3 operating systems updgares Many of my apps no longer are compatible. My brother printer will no longer scan and print. Have been told there is no upgrade to make my printer work, that I must buy a new printer... I don't think so! Computer is unbelievable slow since these upgrades! Apple even removed all reviews from their Apple Store web page! Guess they know people are fed up with them! Why can't apple leave well enough alone? Bye, Bye Apple!...

My brother bought a MacBook pro for $5000... I can buy a car with that much money... It's a nice mac with 16gn ram, 1tr disk and the retina screen... but yeah I'd rather buy a car and just a regular laptop

Done with Apple!

I was an Apple customer for years. Macs, iPods, iPhones since the first release. Initially I was one of those "apple can do no wrong" guys then the iPad was released and there was no Flash capability (HTML5. I know) but let it slide. Then the Mac OS got to the point that upgrades weren't available any longer and the performance of the computers visibly slowed. Then iPhone after iPhone would just fail catastrophically failed. Now in recent news Apple has admitted to slowing down older iPhones. And lastly, WHO IS GOING TO PAY $1000 for a phone that is going to fail or be obsolete in a year or two? Not me! I'm done...

Got to love Apple. I have 2 iPads and iphone 6 and 3 grandsons that play with all of them. The best part my 4yr old grandson hasent been able to break them 2yrs later and still work flawlessly. I wouldn't buy any other tablet. Warren

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS DATING SITE. I joined and paid by $77 plus, however after realizing that I was being asked constantly to update to read email responses, I realized I had been taken. I am a senior on a fixed income and the enrollment too ALL OF MY SAVINGS. After several requests for a refund, a 'manager' called me back. He was totally unsympathetic and had no compassion or understanding of my situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM my friends. Try a free site like PLENTY OF FISH. Namaste.

Playing dirty

Apple sells overpriced apps that become faulty and disappear from their store. They then replace those old unusable apps by different ones with a very similar name, to push customers towards buying the same service multiple times. They play real dirty! Worth starting to look into Samsung or Google straight-away. I bought a super expensive German dictionary for £26.99. All of a sudden it simply stopped to work, vanished from the app store, so it can't be used, downloaded or updated anymore. Apple refused me any refund or compensation. Oh look, what a coincidence: there is actually now a different app dictionary on the Apple Store with the same logo, nearly the same name, with the exact same functions for only £17.99! So, surprise, surprise, I have no other choice but to buy it, uh? And in a few years, when this new app will stop to work to be replaced by another fairly similar one, I'll need to buy it again. And again. And again. A blatant scam method to charge customers £65, £80, £100 and so on, if they need to keep using the same service and fuctions over the years. Simply revolting!

APPLE LOST MY WATCH DURING REPAIR, ACCEPTING NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I call 2 times a day, with same answer, "we cannot locate your watch, and at this time there is nothing we can do. 4 days after the guaranteed return date (2-4 days), and calling, a Senior Adviser in customer relations notified me that they gave it to another customer, and it is noted that my watch was received, and your apple care claim is now closed... I STILL HAVE NO WATCH REPLACEMENT. Call customer care to verify what I am saying, case number **************. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR BUY APPLE CARE, use you carriers insurance, they offer same day replacement (excluding weekends and holidays).

IPhone XS Max Fall in less than a feet of water the screen go green, I call Apple customer care which that are just horrible, tells me the phone is waters resistant but after a while the seal will not work I have to pay 495 for a screen they must be in drugs definitely not buying any apple products again..

Ordered a phone online, when it came in the mail it was wrong phone! Went to the store thinking it would be a smooth return, but because the phone wasn't linked to my order they said there was nothing they could do. Called MY-APPLE number, and their great solution is for me to wait 48 hours for a label to return the phone, and then wait FOURTEEN days to get my refund. All of this while I'm at store being treated like a clown

When I upgraded to my iPhone 6 I had trouble getting my Go Daddy (Business) e_mail system to connect with the phone. I went to the Apple store in Roseville and was told that I would have to wait 6-8 hours for someone to help me. The $#*! who worked there told me that GoDaddy e-mail was very difficult to get working with the iPhone. He very obviously could not have cared less. Perhaps if I had been there to purchase a $3000 laptop he might have been more helpful!

Total dissapointed

Owner of iphone 12 pro max - 1.6 years, 256 GB of data.- error code 1110 – NO WARINGS!
Today My iPhone 12 pro max is stuck in an endless Apple loop. I tried a hard reboot. That didn't work. Then I tried to update it in restore mode. I contacted apple support 3 times, got 3 different cases opened, Case: ************** Case: **************, Case: **************. They don't mention nothing about these known issues, and it seems that they have a permanent fix solution already in places for new software's updates helping with error code 1110 – full hard disk and memory usage.
After experiencing this issue and seeing the Apple recommended solution to basically reset your phone, I have been disappointing and shocked. I will never buy apple product in my life. 'Trust' was the only word in my mind every time a bought apple product.
Apple can make nice products, but they can't seem to provide a fix for the device storage getting full issue.
I hope for other's sake Apple (1) directly address the storage getting full issue to prevent it happening - e.g. lots of warnings at >95% full and at 97% full must delete stuff and cannot take more photos, (2) provide a proper fix for error 1110 and (3) provide a simple phone recovery environment to allow people to backup their data and/or delete unnecessary apps to free up space
I lost 239 GB of data in principal pictures with my little daughter 7 years old, moment in my life and her spent in the last 2 years. SHAME APPLE! I hope you never get here in this situation to lose completely all you data with no warnings at all.

Good Products
August 11, 2015

I have had better luck with Apple Products, particularly imacs, phones and ipads - than I did with PC's, Androids and WIndows Surface Tablets. They experience fewer glitches and viruses and are easier to use. The downside is the price. SInce they are an exclusive manufacturer with their own operating system, the prices are higher and the apps for products are fewer.
