Great products and excellent service when something goes wrong. No electronic product is perfect but Apple products far exceed most other brands in terms of quality and durability.

APPLE stole over 1200 bucks from me! I ordered an iPhone max, an adapter, and 2 charging cables. All they sent me was 1 charging cable! Spent 3 hours on the phone where they pretty much told me I was $#*!ed. They won't replace it or give me a refund. SCAMMERS! I AM SO UPSET! 1200 dollars is ALOT of money for me! HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS! I PAID FULL PRICE!

I'm an apple girl. Can't beat it in my estimation. I've never had a bad experience with ordering from Apple. Always on time, always what I ordered, and easy! (And they engrave for free!)

I bought a $50 gift card for Apple from Target.The codes from the card to the card that was inside the envelope are not the same. My son just got an iPhone as his 1st time this is literally his 3rd card they can see on his that he doesn't have any other money anywhere on it...But still won't replace the money. Target won't give me back my money because on the receipt it under every

Apple says they will only stand behind their product if we had bought it at an Apple store or Apple online. My issue with that is if you know you have problems Apple why are you selling it at 3rd party locations that you refuse to stand behind like Walmart and target... Or the fact between 2 and a 1/2 days I talked to 5 separate supervisors and nobody would even look into the fact on why the card numbers didn't match I'm not the only one that's going to have a problem this Christmas...
I have been using Android phones for many years before. A few weeks ago, I bought my first iPhone and I am so happy now. It is so convenient and easy to use.
Trying to login and it doesn't recognize my password. Changed it. Now says I have to answer security questions. I did and of course doesn't recognize them. Try to change those and "We do not have enough information to change security questions" Try to contact support... BIG JOKE- you have to login to contact support- But I cannot login till security questions are fixed. Can't chat with anyone. Cannot even leave feedback for them- UNLESS SIGNED IN- Well if I could sign in... I wouldn't need support!
The workers in the store in colonie are PHENOMENAL but when you actually have to send your phone out it ends in the result with terrible service. I received my phone back after having to send it out to be repaired and upon looking in my photos the workers were playing around with my camera. Then as i was looking at my phone, i went to go take out the sim card tray to reenter my sim to find out they never put my tray back into my phone before sending it out. They overnight-ed my phone as "priority: so when i spoke to a customer service supervisor she told me she doesn't have the ability to do such thing with the tray! I've waited 5 days for my phone to be fixed and sent back and now i have to wait another 2 days before i can even use it because their employees are incompetent workers! NEVER AGAIN, ill pay $100.00 plus for my phone to be fixed at a phone stand before i send it back out to apple.
I wish I could give them zero stars.

I have an older iPhone and feel constantly manipulated by this company into buying a new phone or another Apple product. It is incredibly difficult to get my photos or videos off of my phone without another Apple device. The battery also drains within hours. Honestly, why would I invest in a new iPhone or any other Apple product when my current one is such a disappointment?
Furthermore, I am unable to install updates on my iPhone as it kept telling me that I dont have cellular data. However, I need cellular data to install the update. In the meantime, my iPhone is unable to make calls or receive messages... though I still pay my cell provider the bill for my phone. I can't call for help and their online troubleshooting is virtually useless.
With Apple, I feel like I have very little control over what my device is doing. I feel like a pawn in some giant faceless machine designed to drain me of my money and time.
I'm done with Apple.
Love everything Apple, i am a nerdy fan of almost every product! However due to their shocking despatch times on newer sort after products, I am slightly annoyed how waiting until midnight to order a Macbook i find myself with a 4-6week waiting time. Should revert back to long ques and early morning lauches!
Switched phone numbers, told I would be able to access my Apple ID in 24 hours and that was a complete lie, now waiting 2 days minimum. Apple has lost my business. Will be switching back to Android.
Never has apple proved to be bad or unqualified with something they make such as this phone I love it its amazing my brother lets me toy around with his its specs are amazing its quality is great
Love my Apple MacPro & iPhone but I have had consistent problems with both products. Apple store can be really helpful but I find the service hit and miss. Still haven't been able to resolve the problems with my Mac and have had multiple iPhones replaced.
I got the Apple Watch for Christmas it fell in the swimming pool and crack and it never came on I tried to change it but they say I will have to buy a new one like these things ain't cheap so it should be guarantee and last longer me and my sister have been using Apple since the iPhone 3 now it 12 I don't leave reviews like this but the guy that helped me was really rude and annoying like I spend money here I should be able to get answers nicely I am very disappointed
I have a Macbook pro that I purchased new in 2020 I've always owned windows computers in past, mostly Dell. I like my macbook and am still learning to use it but... I hate that it only has type C usb connections and what makes it worse is that even now November 2021 and still even all Apple accessories use only type A or B usb connections. You have to purchase an adapter to use the accessories. Total Bulls. T. It still rubs me raw everytime I need an accessory, like a disc drive and even buying an Apple drive I also have to purchase an adapter to connect it to my Apple computer.
Apple promoted the type 3 usb saying all thing were going to be using them. WHAT HAPPENED APPLE!
Last month I had an incredible experience with the Apple Store. I was upgrading my daughter's iPhone, but before I'd even left the store I dropped it and dented the top corner, and the girl let me refund it and get a new one. AMAZING!
I recently bought a new iphone 13 and so far i love it but it is the size of the iphone xr (my old phone) and it is basically the same in gerneral othe than the fact it has two cameras instead of one. I had to pay almost $1000 for something that is basically the same phone and the fact that it took almost 2 hours to actually get and then another hour for it to be same account as my old phone is crazy. I would like the service just to be a little faster or a good price for the phones, i do not reccomend buying the iphone 13 because it would be better to just buy the older phones because they're the same product just different cameras.
