We've been with Epos Now for about two years, whilst the software has always been great the support used to be a bit rocky. We used to spend up to half an hour waiting on hold just to get through to the support team. Over the last year we've noticed it's become increasingly better. This month we've just opened our second location. We knew it should be straightforward because the new system would just automatically link onto our existing back office, but we were blow away because each time I've called the support team to get it setup or have my questions answered I've never been on hold for more than a minute. It's incredible what a huge difference it makes to the experience of being a customer.
