RIP OFF

I bought a phone for my daughter and cant use it because we are having issues with her apple ID and my older daughter's ID. They squeeze every dime out of you for everything under the sun.

Just got the iPhone 5 recently and I'm mostly impressed. It's nothing too over the top amazing, but great none the less. I'll probably always use Apple, you just can't go wrong.

Can't get anything accomplished without 50 questions that are redundant. Takes a min of 10 minutes before they actual try to provide help. They are terrible.

I purchased a new Apple iPhone 13 pro Max last week online from Apple, they offered me £180 trade in for my iPhone 11, which is in good condition. I reset the phone to factory, boxed it up in their return pack and sent it off.
This morning Ingot a revised trade in price of £. 00 yes £ 0.00, would I like to accept or reject the revised trade in price! Of course I rejected, the reason for the revised price was that I didn't delete the data! Absolute rubbish, I reset it myself, I obviously wouldn't want all my files and photos going to anyone.

I then contacted Apple to cancel my new phone which I was using ( within the 14 day return period) the return was started and UPS are collecting the iPhone 13 tomorrow, meanwhile I am without a phone, my trade in could take 5 working days to be returned, and to cap it all they have stolen the £180 out of my bank account today, when I contacted them again they said it would be refunded when they got their phone back! Disgusting behaviour from Apple. Pretty sure their ' Trade in Partner' whoever that is is running some kind of scam to get free phones people trade in by making up lies.
I will never deal with Apple again, avoid at all cost!

I recently upgraded to the new Iwatch 7, only to find out once I received it, they are no longer including chargers or accessories with their new products. What is upsetting about this, is the fact that they have changed the charging blocks so they are forcing you to buy them, after you already spend hundreds of dollars on the products. SHAME ON YOU APPLE! So disappointing!

Apple recently changed their computers, so now apple computers do not accept Apps with 32-Bit, because Apple has decided to make everything 64-Bit. This means that if you downloaded an older app, the developers of the app probably have more important things to do than renew the old app so you basically are left with an app that uses up lots of space, but will not work. This is absolutely shameful, and apple should either refund the apps, so as to allow me to download them elsewhere or get newer versions, or apple should allow 32-Bit to continue operating on the computers, maybe not allowing the downloading of further 32-Bit Apps in an effort to faze them out. I get that they are trying to make the computers more efficient, but just making apps obsolete with no way to get it running again or a refund is very sad. Apple definitely makes good computers and if you're thinking of buying an #Apple computer, i'd definitely recommend it, but it still sucks for the people who have used apple for a very long time now.

Buy an Imac that is a piece of trash

In April 2020 I bought an iMac and in the 1st week it started with problems, I changed the boot disk, the logic card and the ram memory, it turns out that the ram memory was not the one that should take this computer, it was for a laptop not for an iMac, still with problems and 3 times I have been told that I will replace it and never does... be careful they have no warranty, they are liars and play with and purchased. SCAMMERS, it is no longer the same

They have the best product

I recently just bought all apple products my love for apple products started when i got my first iphone. I had the same phone for 4 years and not once has it been $#*!ty. I got myself a mac book pro after throwing away my Hp computer that lasted me 1 year. I just couldn't seem to find a computer that wouldn't cost me $300 every year. My friend had the same computer for 8 years a macbook old still all white and it still hasn't failed on him. I've had my computer for 1 year and i am still in love with it. I also just recenty got the iphone 6 and it is truly amazing.

I just bought the new iPhone 7plus red 24days ago. The phone will NOT keep a charge so I called at&t they told me I had to call apple. I called and they wanted to put a hold of $980 on my banking account until they get my phone. This is crazy to me because I just spent that on the phone. They said once they get my phone they would take the hold off but I've already payed that for the phone less then a month ago. I wouldn't keep the phone. Ummm hello it's not working so there for I don't want it. So after I say that he hangs up and so I call back and all they do is transfer me then hang up. I will never ever get anything apple again.

I was using iphone 13 under warranty for two years. In two years and one month my device iphone 13 has green display. Contacted apple support from 4th December to 23rd December. According to him, the device was also given to the service center
No physical issue whatsoever. Only update 17.12 children has become an issue.
For the last 20 days apple support was promising to help me and repair the device. But today is the 24th. By aaple on Dec 2023 I was told that you can get the display change from Kazarun, but will have to pay which should be around 24k.? What do I do now? Why am I being penalized when I did nothing wrong? Because I am a part of the apple eco system?
I did not get any satisfactory answer from apple support team and apple service center
I would like to tell everyone not to buy aaple product, so that you can save me from the trouble. OnePlus is making green display for free OnePlus can be a good upsen?

Do not trade in by Apple mail in program
I always buy Apple phones each year for me and my family. We also have I pads for the whole family and apple watches. I will say the products are good but do not trade in by mail with them. I always have traded in person but due to covid they don't make it easy to go in person. So, last year we traded in our watches and then they contacted us and said "Are you going to return the watch? Nothing wa sin the box". I call BS on that. It was in there. Then this year I traded in my Apple I Phone 12 max pro and was supposed to get $710 credit. I was just contacted saying adjusted value is $300 because the screen doesn't work. What?!? That phone was in mint condition. Always kept in an otter box defender and glass protection screen. It was beautiful. I should have taken my spouse advice and not traded in a perfectly good condition phone that was only 10 months old. This can't be an isolated case. If I used their trade in mail in programs twice and I've been screwed twice that's 100% guarantee that I'll get screwed next time. Well, there won't be a next time. No support from Apple on their third party vendor who is running a scam to defraud customers. All the negative feedback from customers can't all be lies.

Charger

I am disappointed I purchased the new watch ultra and it came with a charging cable but no block how would you charge this and it's not like I have a block just laying around and yes I get it sometimes you buy something and batteries are not included but for 800 dollars it should be included I'm not sure this might be my last purchase I'm guessing apple doesn't care about little old me but I figured I would say something because company's don't really care anymore.

Overpriced

The only decent item Apple sells is the mac book air. I have all Apple products from the watch to the itouch(for my niece), iPhone, Headphones and iPad. They all suck with the exception of the Mac book air( which is starting to give me issues after 5years). The phone (who can do better with focophone and smasung) the watch fell apart on me. The Itouch and iPad stopped working with only a few uses a week and the customer service is a gimmick to get you to pay or buy stuff you don't need. The service reps at the store are not Apple products specialist nor are they have any real technical know-how. They'll try to sell you something additional everytime you go in there. Apple products are about hype and overprice. Always check the video reviews from reputable reviewers before wasting your money on the overpriced stuff.
