The new Apple iPhones going on sale this week, the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus, have crisper screens, faster processors and sharper cameras.And, as you might have heard, they are also bigger than previous iPhones — the 6 Plus by a long shot — joining the stampede toward bigger handsets.

No particular issues with purchasing here. I do love the customer care. I feel they are attentive.

I do like Apple products also. They tend to be a bit restrictive but build quality is good.

They might be more than a cheap windows PC, but the build quality and reliability is outstanding. If you have an iPhone, the integration with the computer is just wonderful and so easy to use.

Apple is SCAMMING YOU

I was so excited when I got my first phone from apple yesterday as I used Samsung before and wanted to try apple but when I turned on airplane mode i threw it down my stairs and the whole phone shattered and did not fly like it was supposed to

My iPhone 4 stopped working properly about a year ago so I contacted A&T who said since I had their (useless) insurance, Apple would send out a new phone. I agreed. However, they billed my card on file with AT&T the FULL PRICE OF THE NEW PHONE. Upon arrival, I had to pick it up at the UPS store which I did... once I received it, I was told that I had to return my current, broken phone to my local AT&T store and once they received my old phone, my new one would be activated and my card would be refunded. I ended up in the hospital for 10 days after learning this. Upon trying to get my refund I was told I couldn't as the refund time had expired. I tried to convince them that I deserved the refund but they refused. I am now still out $415.00.

The worth phones ever

They destroy the old model of i phone make it slower and bad and the all product is so expansive with low qualities they lie and pay a old cell phones with good software as a good product they only market to this phones i hate apple my i phone 6 is broken why because it got high volt where is the good qualities and i change battery two times what else the worth products ever i am going to change to Samsung

Worst service ever I will never buy a iPhone are Apple product sent phone in for repair they fixed it said it was battery had the phone a few months had to send back phone was acting crazy they get the phone back and say they can't fix it cause of miss use are modification I have never missed used my phone are done modification to it always been in a case apple is the biggest rip off we will be going to Samsung

Apple is an innovative company. They make some very visually appealing products that are relatively easy to use, especially compared to some competitors. I myself own a couple of Apple products. I've had an iMac for seven years now and it has been a very reliable machine. The only exception being the graphics card had to be replaced after five years of use at a cost of $285. I do not hold this against Apple though, as the computer was used for aggressive graphics applications. I've also owned and iPod touch for several years completely trouble-free. It was purchased refurbished and I was leery about this, however it has proven to be well worth its price. As much as I enjoy Apple products, I will say that I find them to be very overpriced. With their now being so many comparable products from other manufacturers for a fraction of the price, the Apple products are just not worth it. You're paying for the name and the snob appeal. Apple products are not about value. Look elsewhere for that.

Still love my 6plus

Still love my 6plus. I have used iphone 5,5s, 6 plus, and I am still using my 6 plus now. I don't like 6s plus, 7 plus or 8. They are almost the same ok? If the same, why I spent more money to change the phone I'm using! But, I like my 6 plus lol.

My partner and I ordered two £1,200 phones yesterday from Apple, we were both promised a delivery date of today, my partners phone is due today following several confirmation emails, I hadn't received any notifications so knew something was wrong, only after chasing Apple did I find out the phone wasn't going to arrive today, I could have quite easily spent all day waiting for a delivery that they knew was never going to get here, maybe if the CEO spent more time concentrating on his companies failing customer services rather than buying super yachts he may have a better business. Forget the business aspect, its just a horrible way to treat other people

The iPhone XS Max crams a 6.5-inch screen and all of the same great features of the iPhone XS into a Plus-size body -- but it's not as huge a leap up as you might think.

Pros: The iPhone XS Max has a big, brilliant display and a little more battery life than the XS. It benefits from the improvements that the XS also has: faster speeds, some durability and water resistance improvements, better camera and dual-SIM support.
Cons: It's so, so, so expensive.

I have recently purchased the iMac 27" Retina (save yourself a lot of trouble and don't bother). Within two weeks there was a crackling sound from the bottom of the screen area. Further investigation found that it was possibly coming from the main power supply or fan as it only made a noise when the screen was on.

After many unsuccessful attempts to book an appointment over the phone (two weeks of trying) and over the Internet, I was forced to travel to Cardiff to visit the store.

A week later, I had my appointments Brent to see an Apple 'Genius', where they invented that name from is beyond me as they didn't have a clue. They took the unit from me and said that it would be 3-5 days to fix the unit.

I have tried to call the store for an update but they never, EVER, answer. Instead, I am diverted to the Customer Care centre in Ireland who also cannot get through to the Cardiff branch. Although on one occasion Santa's little helper did get through but he failed to get an estimated repair time for me.

When you pay over £1,400.00 for a substantive system, you don't expect it to pack in within the first few weeks. Even if it does, as we all know even the best products can fail prematurely, it goes without saying that the customer after sales should be such that you can expect to be dealt with in a professional and timely manner.

Apple, you fall far short of this and I am very disappointed with your unacceptable after sales care. It can be likened to that of a 'ROGUE TRADER'

I am here to tell a lot you guys about Apple! Yes, Apple isn't for everyone and there are many reasons why, Apple is its own company, it is not like Android/Windows phone. It's their own company that built their phone to be amazing and fast, their brand is good weather it comes to their headphones, Apple watches, I haven't used their Apple TV'S but I think they look cool. They designed their phone to be different and not the same as who wants to spend $1000 on a phone that looks the same like the iPhone 6, anyways iPhone is a good device for everyone and phones nowadays are pretty much only used for social media, Youtube, and Calling/Texting
