They occasionally have great deals. You can sometimes find a better price on eBay, but newegg are more reliable than eBay sellers. I do recommend them!
I've received lots if spam email from them. They seem to believe that signing up is an invitation to spam you. Plus they try to limit viewing content unless you are logged in.

Tip for consumers: Use a secondary email you don't need if you are signing up to view a profile. Expect lots of incoming spam.

Has lots of useful features and is a fun way to collaborate with teams. You can share files and create groups with different co-workers to discuss separate aspects of a project.

Tip for consumers: They have good Android and iOS apps also.

Rememebr when you could buy software and own it? Now you get to licence it for a modest monthly fee. Great for them, not so much for you. On the bright side, the monthly fee isn't too high. Well, comparatively, depending on your income and where you live!
Yes, BBC still produces actual news and content. This is rare in this day and age :) the website is also an excellent resource for news and education: do check out their English teaching content online:
I'm not sure what they are about now. Yes it's news, but so much sensationalism. BBC is better. They have a great opportunity to make things better but they don't. Interestingly, the international channel (the versions you get in Africa, Asia, etc) is better.
I remember when they started out, laptops were ridiculously expensive. The prices have dropped now and it's reflected in the fact they accept any donation now. Tablets may be more effective and cheaper. The website doesn't seem updated recently.
No particular issues with purchasing here. I do love the customer care. I feel they are attentive.

I do like Apple products also. They tend to be a bit restrictive but build quality is good.
They have the best customer service. My only issue is UPS tends to leave their packages randomly and I have experienced theft (not Amazon's fault). I had this happen and Amazon replaced the item.

I've had DOA items which they replaced on receipt of the item. Interestingly if it's a small low value item they let you keep the defective unit :)

Nice people. My company had a business account and their business support is very responsive. (I'm sure regular support is great too).

Edit: I should probably mention they use something close to slave labor, with terrified employees peeing in bottles as they are afraid to take bathroom breaks. I'm not sure I want to shop with them, if this is the cost...

My only concern is they are supposedly treating staff badly. I would rather pay a bit more to know that staff are treated ethically and paid well.
I have had positive experiences purchasing from them online. My only complaint is that I had to pay sales tax - not their fault lol. This was back when Amazon didn't charge snales tax.

I did have a defective laptop once (screen was cracked somehow) they handled the RMA painlessly and issued a refund.

Tip for consumers: They give points which you can redeem on purchases. If you buy a fair bit, expect $10-$20 certificates. Just remember to use them before they expire!

I'm a great fan of Lenovo laptops. I have one that's almost 10 years old and still works perfectly. The only issue I had was the SD card wasn't reading, turns out that reinstalling the OS fixed this - not Lenovos fault.

Everything in the machine works as it did. The screen in particular is great (whereas I've had other laptop screens develop various issues after long term use.

Tip for consumers: Check reviews online for the laptop you want to buy :)

I've ordered some items from them, they are excellent. I tend to prefer bhphoto (no real reason I guess) and order from adorama when they bhphoto don't have something.

I've never had an issue with them. I have ordered used items also. The ratings are very conservative, and the prices are decent, the used guarantee is 30 days money back.

Personally I prefer Roberts camera's 6 month warranty for used items though, however 30 days money back is great!
I've ordered various items from them. Usually small things like sthe hinges of a laptop screen and phone cases... The shipping takes quite a while, and one item got lost (got a refund).

I don't really blame them though as it's a marketplace like eBay right? Depends on the individual seller.

Tip for consumers: Check the sellers feedback before you buy. Like eBay.

Ordered the wrong RAM. Returned it and got the correct one. They were very helpful. There was also an issue with my payment method (I think the card had flagged the transaction as a security issue). Newegg were helpful with this too.

Tip for consumers: Try to order the correct item LOL
(If you don't, you can return it though).

I ordered a lens through them. It wasn't in stock at the time and they warned me there would be a delay. I missed a call from them, but they emailed me about the delay. I agreed to it and later on they charged me when the item was in stock, and shipped it. Good job BH

Tip for consumers: I think if you pay through PayPal it's charged immediately, whereas credit card orders are charged on shipping. Not too sure on this.
