I'd prefer to have a dial-up wall phone rather than an Apple phone. My wife and I both bought our phones in 2019. Both of our screens stopped responding to touch within 2 weeks of one another. She spent a week trying to get Apple and Verizon to fix the issue. They issue was fixed, but my phone was shut off in the interim. That took another few hours to straighten out.
Next, my screen goes black. It's Tuesday. My phone has been down since Saturday. All my business is on the iPhone and backed up to the ICloud. DO NOT TRUST THE ICLOUD. If horrific customer service was the original sin, Apple would have it nailed. I have a backup email, a trusted phone, and answers to security questions, but don't know have my password for my Apple ID. For three days now, I've tried to recover the password and have spent hours on the phone with Apple UNsupport to recover my account. Nope.
Today, I bought another phone. At the time of purchase, I was told that my account would be recovered in 6 hours. They now say it will be another 3 days before my account can be recovered. In the meantime, I have zero access to my contacts, meetings, apps, etc that are on my phone and "backed up" to the cloud. Guess the cloud means Apple owns your data, not you. Five (5) days to recover my password? The Airlines look PERFECT compared to Apple. I'm returning my phone and getting an Android the moment the information is recovered. Apple can bite me!
Super pissed, I upgraded the software to the latest version and now my iPad will not turn on completely just keeps restarting I'm so pissed right now I will never buy another device that gets turned off by the very people I bought it from!
This might as well be the best phone in the world, but when they upsell me the charger at the very end, that's when I know I'm buying from a bunch of greedy snakes.
Today I was at the Apple store in Brickell Mall because I have an issue with my Ipad, 2nd time that this happened, and after a diagnostic, they told me that my Ipad has hardware problems in the Bloothop unit, they told me that I have only 2 options, paid retail price for or paid $480.00 or some to replace my new Ipad. I'm an Apple customer since the first day, all my electronics are Apple because I trust the quality and prestige of the brand and the company, and also of the support, but today I left so disappointed with Apple that made me re-think and re-evaluate why I trust you guys. I will understand if my equipment was broken because of me, but some factory defect in a prestigious brand is unacceptable. Hope that you support your customers the same way that we support you, Apple.
I bought airpods 2 and dont have any problem. It's working well, so can't say anything bad about it. The only thing that really annoys me is that all additional items must be purchased separately..
Have had a few problems with my phone and mac book pro but nowhere near as many as my last laptop. Good service in store, wish they could see walk-in appts quicker though

Used to be a fanboy. Didn't stand behind our ipad purchase, which stopped charging within 4 months of purchase. Kind of expected them to honor the traditional 1 year manufacturer warranty for things like this. No visible damage. They claimed that it was our fault. But that's how I remember Apple. They were my advocate and wanted my loyalty more than my cash. I have been a customer since the original iphone and currently own multiple ipads, iphones, appleTV (together with my immediate family). I can afford to pay the $360 repair (for a $700 device) but it just feels wrong. And like they aren't really 'for' anyone but themselves. And to sort of prove my point, they have outsourced their call centers. I couldn't even hardly understand the two people I just spoke with. But again, it does help save them money on hiring domestic workers that can actually speak ENGLISH.
Oh well. It's a sad day. But it's what companies do when they stop caring about their customers.
MacBook Pro 2020. Laptop keeps freezing constantly. Apple devices are getting worse and worse. It's working just like a windows xp, but costs much more.
I won't buy another Apple product... Their think a world of themselves, Mac mini is vintage after 8 years, there is always a new update and an older iphone slows down duh!
Apple has gone and done it again. They killed the great ITunes, which was free and came up with Apple Music, a pay service. In case you haven't noticed, you get this change forced on you when upgrading to the new OS Catalina. As usual, every update makes apple less user friendly, lowers performance and ruins what started as an excellent product. Here's one example; Apple Music lacks a search bar or function. Instead, you can search the music they select to present to you, which tends to mostly be the contemporary crap being marketed to dumb us down with. What if I want to search for an older song or album? Well the it geniuses at Apple either failed to think of that or decided we didn't need it. In any event, as is the case with most Apple moves since Steve Jobs, the new "improvement" sucks. And oh yes, you now have to subscribe to it.
Perhaps you've noticed Apple devices don't always communicate with each other. You may be able to open an email from an Apple device on your phone, but not on your IMac, or on your tablet, or any combination of them. I'm fed up with apple's crap and will begin transitioning out of it as replacements are required. The bottom line is Apple sucks. Save your money and buy something else.
My partner and I ordered two £1,200 phones yesterday from Apple, we were both promised a delivery date of today, my partners phone is due today following several confirmation emails, I hadn't received any notifications so knew something was wrong, only after chasing Apple did I find out the phone wasn't going to arrive today, I could have quite easily spent all day waiting for a delivery that they knew was never going to get here, maybe if the CEO spent more time concentrating on his companies failing customer services rather than buying super yachts he may have a better business. Forget the business aspect, its just a horrible way to treat other people
I was locked out, charged for an app that I thought I had canceled, and had a few other issues, and Ms. Tianna took that monster bull by the horns and wrestled it to the ground with full, and deliberate speed. She did that with the most pleasant attitude, and the most patient demeanor that I have encountered in many years, either in person or over the phone. Apple, I hop you realize what a true GEM you have in her, not just personality, but in her knowledge base as well. She should be in a position where she can hire, and, or train in her own image, in every regard. Apple, you have a WINNER!
I'm a big fan of Apple. After I bought MacBook I forgot about all troubles with laptops. Perfect synchronization with my iPhone. The best device I've ever used. Recommended!

I have a mac-book pro and its amazing. The larger version of Apple's MacBook Pro has a big, bold display, a thinner, lighter body, an AMD graphics chip by default and a massive trackpad. The inventive Touch Bar second-screen display saves clicks here and there, and now works with apps like Photoshop and Spotify.
Late last night I ordered an air pad 10th gen. I paid for it and shortly after that I decided that I didn't want silver but Blue.
I also wanted to change the engraving.
The virtual assistant advised that I have to wait until morning.
I called first thing in the morning and a CSR helped me change the color and entire engraving. She said to me that because it hasn't started to process yet the funds would immediately go back to my Apple card and to simply pay for the blue.
I decided to add a keyboard. She sent me a link that read ( complete purchase)
It didn't work and Apple requesting additional funds for the air pad and the key board.
I went to live chat as the phone wait was very long.
The CSR gave me two contradictions.
First, I have to wait for the item to return to the warehouse and my funds are on hold.
( Why are they on hold, it hasn't processed yet and I have an email which reads that order has been cancelled.
She returned and advised me that I can exchange it myself when it arrives.
Are you kidding me?
You have my money and the item hasn't processed.
She than returned and claimed that the first order was changed and I would be receiving the second.
Why haven't I received any correspondence about it and why hasn't it shown on my Apple card?
I guess I'll have to wait and see ( Thankfully I'm one block away from an Apple store)
I will report this to Goldman Sachs and a formal complaint. O don't appreciate being lied to just to appease me.
