I paid a small fortune for their Premium product, It worked well for a long time, then started to go off the rails. I asked for support help and got emails sent in the middle of the night. Obviously, they are somewhere else in the world. I am a computer idiot and had difficulty following their emailed instructions. As directed, I uninstalled the program. Now I have NO program and they are not responding to my requests. Their website says that they DO NOT provide telephone support. So, caveat emptor (let the buyer beware) unless you speak computer!

Tip for consumers:
Avoid unless you are really good with computers.

  • Apple

8/24/18

When I upgraded to my iPhone 6 I had trouble getting my Go Daddy (Business) e_mail system to connect with the phone. I went to the Apple store in Roseville and was told that I would have to wait 6-8 hours for someone to help me. The $#*! who worked there told me that GoDaddy e-mail was very difficult to get working with the iPhone. He very obviously could not have cared less. Perhaps if I had been there to purchase a $3000 laptop he might have been more helpful!

I was a T-Mobile customer for a little over three years. I was not dissatisfied with their service in general. Their cell coverage is not quite as good as the expensive options but it worked well enough for me. (Don't get suckered into their $10 per month insurance package.)

When I decided to change to another carrier, where I purchased a new iPhone, I also wanted to sell my old iPhone. You get more for a phone that is unlocked. Although I switched carriers in the middle of my billing cycle I had to pay for the FULL month before they would unlock the old phone for me. Therefore, they then owed me for the overpayment. They only pay you back with a refund Mastercard! The Mastercard arrived SIX WEEKS later! When I tried to activate the Mastercard (three times) the automated system would NOT ALLOW ME TO ACTIVATE THE CARD!

I called T-Mobile and got them to activate the card and then learned that there are LIMITATIONS to how and what I can purchase with that card! WHat BULL SHxT!

I have been a Lincare patient (customer) for about six months. I have moderate sleep apnea and my doctor prescribed a CPAP machine. It took them MONTHS to produce the machine. Once it arrived I drove down to their office to get checked out on the operation of the machine. When I later had questions I called for clarification and left many messages. THE DO NOT RETURN CALLS. It is exceedingly difficult to get to talk to anyone other than the receptionist.

When it comes time to order replacement components for those that wear out they are all over it like fleas on a dog. They send e-mails and make phone calls. Replacement parts are obviously an important revenue source for them. However if there is something happening with your account that prevents them from billing medicare EVERYTHING STOPS. When you order replacement parts they take your order and nothing gets shipped! The don't bother to tell you what the problem is, they just ignore your order.

This is a very poorly managed company and if they have any employees who are trying to make it run more effectively they are not making any progress. Unless they make Herculean improvements they will not be in business much longer.
