Apple permanently disabled an Apple ID because unrecognized iTunes charges were questioned via the credit card company where the charges were charged. Apple will not reactivate the Apple ID account and nor will it transfer the subscriptions for active apps to the new level Apple IS. There are hundreds of dollars of apps that have been paid for that need to be repurchased because they will not transfer subscriptions.

Problems

The reason I like Android better is because Apple is making us pay for free stuff and that's so annoying it's ruining my video editings but I will give 1 for design, another one for not being laggy, and for having a tiny bit more security.

Apple ID password reset

I absolutely hate Iphones. My kid forgot the passcode to unlock. Try to login to apple ID and forgot the password word to that! It willl be 2 weeks before we can use the phone!
We will never get an Iphone or anything that has to do with Apple. They absolutely sucks

Love my Apple Products

Went to business college 1986 and was introduced to computers. Spent my career working with Microsoft products. First home computer was the Apple Woz. Now that hubby and I are retired we went to Apple computers again. Less hassle with computer viruses. And the Apple Watch Series 8 and iPhone 13 Pro track my vitals for my cardiologist to review! We have a Mac and iPad Pro as I am an author and a medium as well as a CLT Therapist and Minister with Universal Life Church. As a social distancing minister on several social media platforms, I depend on Apple and the Geek Squad to keep me in touch with those who seek my advice and counseling. Apple Products are amazing. Absolutely love my beautiful Apple Watch!

I recently purchased iPhone 14 pro max; when I asked apple tech for a sim card iphone he said NO, all USA iphone 14 are sim-less now. But if you want a sim card iPhone 14 go to Canada or Europe or anywhere in the world but USA! So all the world can choose what features their iPhone 14 has accept Americans, Apple is choosing for them?! Where is my freedom? I paid over $1500 for a phone that I can not choose what features it has!

It is AMAZING that Apple systematically get good reviews for service and reliability. It is my 4th Macbook, and I always thought I was unlucky. Now I'm done. Apple service is a farce, and the word for it is 'crooks'. Stay away from the Apple mafia.

Good packaging, fast shipping AND A very cooperative customer representative Dorothea who helped me until I received my MacBook. She contacted the shipping company and provided me with the updates of my shipment status. My iPhone 8 was not powering on during the April 2020. Its warranty was expiring on July 2020. I waited to stores openings to claim the warranty. But the stores was not opened until September. When I tried to claim my warranty after store openings they did not honored the warranty since the limited warranty expired. Basically Apple behaving cheap to lower their warranty covering expenses using Covid 19 Store Closure.

Fake warranty

I have iPhone 11 which I had buyed 9months ago during a pool party I start clicking photo's under water which apple company claims that an apple phone can stay half an hour under water level of 1.5m but when I do this after 5 to 6 hours my display was not working properly after an hour it was shut down i did everything but it was off. When I go to the service centre they just took my phone and said that it was totally damage I told them that I just click 5 to 6 photo's under the water and this $#*! happened then how apple claims that iPhone was water resistant she told me to pay ₹40,000 for new phone they will exchange this then what is warranty tell me?
Very bad to see this I have 3 iPhone which I'm using from 4yrs it's 1st time for me plz apple help me out of this

AirPod pro review

I few weeks ago I bought AirPod pros for $250 thinking it would be good for music, school and phone calls until today. I went to put my AirPods in and the left ear bud was so much dimmer then the right AirPod. It was a big waste of my mom eh and I with I had never bought them.

I am seriously debating whether or not I will ever buy another apple again! I bought a Fitbit the other day and it synced fine with my iphone 6 but it would not allow me to talk or text from the device. Why? Because Apple doesn't like the competition. And thats ok I just ended up switching out the fitbit for an Apple watch series 5. And guess what happened? IT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY APPLE DEVICE. I am livid! How is that an android device perfectly syncs with my apple product but apples products will not? And the on the only reason why I still had the iphone 6 is because it is the most functional iphone there is out there. Attention Apple no one wants to buy and keep up with an extra piece of equipment just so they can listen to their media and charge their phone at the same time! It used to be my favorite product and now it is a huge headache every time I get involved with this company!

Broken commitment

I am a single, SOLO, father of two. Meaning that's it's just me. This year my daughter only asked for an Apple Watch for Christmas. I purchased an Apple Watch from apple.com on November 29,2022 with an expected delivery date of December 8-15,2022. I received an email on December 14,2022 indicating that the delivery date has been changed to January 9,2023. Upon contacting apple customer service, I was told that there's nothing they will do other than offer me a "offer of good will" or a "gift certificate" which can be used towards my next purchase. Seriously?!? The conversation I had was ABSOLUTELY pathetic and has left me feeling cheated. I sincerely hope all of the big wigs at apple sleep well and have a very merry Christmas. And that come Christmas morning when you get to watch your children open their Christmas gifts and you get to see the looks of joy on their faces…. That you know you don't deserve the sense of satisfaction or good will. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. In my world, when you make a mistake, you accept responsibility and do whatever it takes to make things right. In the apple world, you get you money and move on to the next. This will be the last apple product, I will ever purchase.

Apple is literally trying to kill me with their "new" oxygen app. 2 weeks all worked fine no big issues. On the health app. Got out of hospital today. Quite sick. Oh we need to access your photos to help u now. Oh and u have to pay if you want to know if you're dying. Want your friends and family to know what's happening oh we can't really help with that. Have u got the right code?!? Do you mind sharing all your photos. With everyone. Last two apple "upgrade" complete nightmare. Last iPhone product that will be purchased after 15 years. Of sticking with them through some horrendous updates. Great work "upgrade team" nice work

Take a Christmas break (sorry you guys probably hate Christmas it's racist bro) regroup. Try making lives easier healther not harder more stressful in 2024 Fingers crossed don't die tonight. Love this company

Apple has always been my favourite for a numerous amount of reasons.
The company has excellent customer service, shipping times, and phenomenal products.
I always buy apple products, including iMacs, Macbook Pros, iPods, and the latest iPhone. I'm a loyal customer for years to come.

It's me, ol Ed Carter again. I may not necessarily agree with the fundamentals of outsourcing a product for creation outside of our glorious nation, but a home run was hit here. Not a home run by one of them sissy boy HGH users. But a great big Hank Aaron sized shot out of the ballpark. I may not fully understand how to use an "iPhone" or an "iMac" but I guarantee you this: iApprove. Their customer service is pretty good to, even though Im not thrilled about talking to one of "them people". Overall I will give Apple a 5 star review. Unlike that damn RoseWholeSale nonsense. You want a pure unamerican company run by a bunch of crazy left wing Chineseans? Go check them out. But if your looking for a monster truck driving, whiskey guzzling, flag flying, college football (screw the BCS) watching, Lynard Skynard listening product... get something from Apple. Ed Carter out.

I have had nothing but troubles with apple support. My battery heats much and drains so fast and now it’s stopped holding charge after 2 months; they insist I need a new one.
