Been waiting a month for items to ship! Worst customer service. No way to speak with a live representative. You have to chat through texting. If you ask why an item is taking so long to ship, they just say it's been delayed. If you ask for a refund on items not shipped/on delay, they'll deny it. I ordered 11 items and only received two which came in 3 weeks after ordering. What I can say on the quality of clothing, it's cheap! Should've known you get what you pay for. Also, if it's discounted, good luck, you can't return it. I don't understand how they even have good reviews on this website. I believe people were paid and they're lying on their reviews.

Buy online easily, in exact size and color, soft, warm and comfortable. It arrived in no time and was delivered according to instructions. Payment processed smoothly. A great experience on the internet that I will repeat

I absolutely love this website! Finally a place I can shop that offers apparel that looks like it was made just for me! Stuff I can't find anywhere else. A lot to choose from and I love the prices! Colors and designs that match my personality! Some products arrive promptly while others take more time but is well worth the wait! I am truly happy I found Annie Cloth!

Their products are cheaply made and do not match the website description. In addition to that, one of my items arrived torn and I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping in order to receive a refund for the item and that is only AFTER they have received it back. I guess if my damaged item (their fault) gets lost in shipping, then I just have to eat that cost.

They also sent me the wrong color of shoes and then told me I would have to return them to get my money back.

Buyer Beware. It's not worth it!

So far great experience! In the description of the items looking for what material used to make either not listed or different when item received. Next time I will not order if Materials description is missing.

Knowing the styles I was looking for on this website made it easier, as well as scrolling through similar elements that matched the style. All clothes available. The quality of wear is extremely reliable to last.

Clothes I can really afford! Sure, shipping is slow, but I don't mind waiting, especially if it's free and it's coming from a long distance. They've made up for it by giving me discounts and free items for my next order, which is great because then I'll save even more. The clothes I have received have been of decent quality, the designs are always as shown in the image on the website!

I knew the prices were great and hoped for the best. While the products were acceptable, I did donate three clothing items quickly. Shop with discrimination with this brand because photos often present a better product then received. The men's t-shirts were sized a bit small, so order 2 sizes larger for sure. More so, if you want quick-wear clothing that accents you're wardrobe as accessory, then the value is there. I would not recommend items that have a lot of graphic design because the pieces I ordered are less-than-Kmart. I do shop second-hand stores and buy all the time from Walmart and other value stores, so buy wisely and don't invest big cash.

Did not like quality of material of some items so tried to navigate return for refund policy. Then found that my cost to return TO CHINA would be approximately $200! Which was more than items cost. Emailed company to find a better solution and was told to keep items and receive a 15% refund. I said no. Was then offered 20% then 25%. With each refusal from me, they increased offer by 5% until they reached 35% and refused to go any higher. This involved 6 or 7 emails over the course of about a week. I finally gave up and accepted the offer of 35%. Did not appreciate the difficulty or stress incurred with this process. This was the first time I had ever ordered online. It was a valuable lesson to do more research on company policy and never to purchase anything MADE IN CHINA.

You should avoid this company. It took one month to deliver the package AFTER they claimed it had been delivered and after needing to contact customer service. The free gift bracelet was not in the package, requiring contacting customer service yet again. Only 2 of SKUs on the items matched the printed item list that was included, all of which could not be read because printed on cheap ink. This was a total mess. I haven't even tried on the cloths, because I have to spend another hour or two figuring out what else is missing, if anything. Total waste of time.

There isn't a positive word. I was polite and followed the instructions for return, they stoped responding. The clothes received were not in any way representative of the ones purchased or the fabrics described.
Buyer beware.

Items enticingly photographed and not exact representations. Ordered 9-16-20 received in two shipments by 10-5-20. Return policies fine for buyers with nothing else pending, and no money expected back. Perfect site for first time buyers unconcerned with money, time constraints or quality issues. Good products for costume use or limited wear, funds permitting. Shopping more similar to flea markets and yard sales.
