They are horrible- from start to finish. Merchandise is not as depicted in the pictures. Not even close. If you read any positive comments, don't believe them. This is a total scam site designed to defraud people out of their money. IF... you receive merchandise it will be the cheapest most poorly made product you have ever seen. How these people can be allowed to remain selling merchandise is beyond me. Parent company is based in China so good luck ever getting any satisfaction such as a refund or return-

I ordered 2 sweaters from Annie Cloth in November 2019. Still haven't received as of February 11 2020. When I go into my account, the order isn't shown. Emails to Customer Service seem to be answered by a robot asking for your patience and that the items will be shipped in 7-10 days.

I made this a test order figuring at most I'd be out about $30. Since I don't ever expect to receive my order, I guess it was good that I did not to order more.

I have shopped at quite a few online sites and many internet stores over the years. When you get older (and bigger!), The thrill of shopping is much less if you strive for size and then style every time you shop. The follow-up, the returns without doubts, the replacement and the advice to the client are incredible. I always tell my "close" friends, as I always get comments, especially at work, about what I'm wearing. Congratulations to everyone involved in this company, do not change!

Confusing discounts and codes. New clients are supposed to get a discount, that did not happen. Sizing of tops too varied. Cannot depend on the size of an item to be consistent. Some items really seemed cheap. Not interested in clothing that looks and feels tacky.

I bought 6 items from AnnieCloth, it took 2 solid months to receive items. Tracking information was sketchy and unhelpful. Once the package was received the items were ill fitting, not matching size description, material was cheap, styles did not look as pictured. Total waste of money. When I tried to initiate return of 5 of the items, i then learned shipping return to China. Estimated shipping fee, $73. Marketing online looks attractive, items anything but. Poor quality. DO NOT FALL for purchasing from Annie Cloth, save your money. WORST experience ever.

Every 10 of 11 items in my order were not sized according to their "Size Charts." To me that is a defective product.
When I tried to return, I learned it would cost me $75 in postage to send back to China. And because I paid with PayPal there was no recourse. My credit card company would have issued a refund.
The moral to this story? Don't trust AnnieCloth or PayPal.\

I bought several dresses that appeared beautiful in the pictures but when I received them they were cheap tarp-like material…looked like a costume. It also comes from china, which I found out only After I ordered. Save your money and buy from a better company.

The online store was quite easy to use. I love how searching for a keyword in the search bar suggests elements similar to those being searched instead of telling you "could not be found." Unfortunately, 4 out of the 8 items on my first purchase did not fit :( Some XS items fit me very well, but others were too tight, depending on the specific item. To be sure, I would recommend a larger size. It is my third purchase and I have become used to what to expect with the size. I am not discouraged because the clothes are of great quality and it looks like it looks in the photos (if not better!).

I exchanged numerous emails with Annie Cloth during this long process and they kept putting me off with excuses. After several weeks, I tried to cancel my springtime order of summer dresses but was told that wasn't possible until after I received the merchandise. Then, after the box arrived in the fall, I refused acceptance (according to postal protocol) and the box was automatically returned to their carrier. Even though they had written that I could get a refund after receipt, they now wrote that there would be no refund. That purchase ended up costing a lot of my time and attention, as well as $90 US.

I ordered a beautiful dark jade green coat. They were delivered on time in an exceptional shipment. Ordering was easy and the coat is even better than I expected. It fits perfectly and is exactly what I needed to travel. Not too heavy but incredibly warm!

2 out of 5 shirts did not look like the pictures. Disappointed and didn't want to pay to ship them back. Started a second order then found out final sale doesn't count towards the quota for free shipping and it was going to cost $63 to ship my order so unfortunately I won't be placing any more orders

First of all, let me start by thanking the sales girl, who helped me when I made a big mistake in entering my work address, but the suburb of my house (dumb!)... Mia was very kind and Helpful throughout the test and I knew I was having a big event and immediately provided me with a store credit to purchase the item again (at no additional cost to me either). Thank you for your amazing service, it is a service like this that makes people want to come back! The dress purchased was of high quality. Thanks girls!
