Annie Cloth clothing does not at all come as advertised. The sizing is utterly wrong and you will be left with cheap clothing that you cannot even fit into. Quality is extremely low. It took 73 days for my order to be filled. When I reached out to the company explaining that the shoe size was in no way representative of an American shoe size (too small) or European shoe size as described, they basically told me my only option was to take a 15% cash refund or mail it back to CHINA on my dime.

It's hard to imagine a company could be this bad. Not only do the sizes bear no relation to reality (an xl ordered with the guidelines of their own size chart would not fit a child), the quality is terrible, and not that I expected anything great, but at least made of the fabrics described, which the clothes are NOT. The 'return policy'
Is a complete scam. First, they try to bribe you with a discount to keep clothing that you don't want, then they threaten you by saying the returns 'might not make it back' so no guarantees of refund can be made.
Just a terrible experience all around. Oh, and you can't leave reviews because the site is 'under revision' and no date for being able to use the review function is available. A total and complete waste of 200$ STAY AWAY!

If we should run out of Toilet Paper in U.S. we can always purchase

Back after receiving over 3 months later costing $35.00 to return still have not been refunded. They report they have never received. I guess they think I lost this battle. I will be sure to sabotage there crap so nobody ever makes a purchase from them, This is in CHINA

Finally after 3 months managed to get my return label & refund by calling their customer service helpline number I finally received my last product this week. Of the 9 items I ordered I am not keeping any of them. Since you have to pay to ship all items to China within 15 days of their arrival, and pay duty fees etc. Their clothing is poorly made. The clothes look great on line only don't be fooled. Tried several times to reach out to them they have working email. So i went on the internet and i found this number + (eight five zero six three two zero 9 8 zero) when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that i can return there garbage back and initiated my money to me, at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

Very cute items! Anxious to see the quality. Now that I've received all items, I'm still happy with my purchases. Quality is fine, actually better than I expected for the low prices! I will definitely order from here again. Only problem is shipping is a bit lengthy. However, they keep you posted.

No, not their products... but hard to tell since I ordered items on Nov 22 and it's now Dec 28th and yet to arrive. Some of the things showed up JUST in time for Xmas. One item is still stuck in NJ since the 17th. I have no idea WHY this company has such issues with shipping and delivery in a timely manner... not like they ship for free. :(

I found this site after I was looking for sundress's, first if all when I received them they looked absolutely nothing like the picture, cheap material, terribly cut. My 4 year old daughter make something nicer. When I went to return then it was $27 to ship back to China!. So I took the other route they offered me back $16 for$53 order. This is a scam! The product is poor, the customer service is a disgusting. I hope this helps this place should be closed down! God only knows who's even making theses products

Don't believe any review of this company that's higher than two stars. While the pictures may look appealing, the clothes are made from cheap, shiny material and the embroidery on some shirts is poorly made. $20 for a shirt made of essentially plastic/polyester with flat patterns is not worth it.
Customer service is useless and automated, I bought a few shirts in May and didn't get them until 2 months later. They just kept sending me the same tracking number when they didn't detail the location of the package. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
