According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.

"Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

Our clothing cost $25 and didn't fit. Value of 15% = $3.75. Cost to ship - exorbitant.

It is risky to buy from this company. Not recommended.

I recently made a purchase and they charged my credit card multiple times and did not refund duplicate charges right away. When items finally arrived weeks later, they did not look like what I ordered and were so far below poor in quality it was laughable. There is no true or accessible customer support. I can not see how anyone not paid left a positive review of this company.

Delivery was on schedule. I love how quickly this website handled my order. I'd like to see more angle shots on clothing, especially the ones from behind. I had a hard time determining how long it would be.

My experience has been often the dresses are a much cheaper version, like a knock- off of what's pictured. Once you understand that, it's not too hard to navigate around hundreds of possible cute things…paying close attention to fabrics & sizes, so what you get, you can actually use. I happen to get the last part of my last order this morning & hand-to-heaven, I'm telling ya, I got the cutest little red boots from you guys & I still have them on! When you see $14 & $20 for suede boots. Believe it, very cheaply made but totally cute & I think, very stylish. They're fire! Their shipping comes a lot quicker than it used to, so that's good. I like the Jesus stuff you have too!

No problem so far, this is my first purchase on Annie Cloth. More information on ordering site regarding lengthy shipping would have been helpful; didn't get that info until after order was placed. Also I didn't receive any notification of shipping (as specified) until I called customer service.

Quality of clothing is disappointing. Return policy is too burdensome, costly, not consumer friendly and time restrictive. Wanted to return several items but missed the cutoff date and no response from customer service after I contacted them.

After hesitating to buy so much because of the stories I heard from friends using other websites, I finally gave in. From start to finish this boutique showed professionalism and exceptional customer service with clear instructions and prompt responses, it was a simple and quick process. Highly recommended

Was impressed with their clothing online, so contacted them about where clothes made and return policy. Well, I was told made and shipped in USA and no problems returning items. I placed order for 6 items. It took over a month for them to arrive, nothing fits (all run very small), made in China. So, decided to return items. Easier said than done! All must be returned exactly the way they were received... not tried on. You pay return shipping. They then decide if items meet their expectations before they issue any refund. Well, my granddaughter is now enjoying the clothes. Buyer beware!

First time so just learning Annie's clothes and system! Unfortunately I missed the section that takes you straight to the sale items until after I had already placed my order or I would have bought some more!
