Placed an order and dress was too small & hooded sweatshirt was way too big.
Very happy with the dress I bought here, it was a gift for my niece, she liked it very much, very feminine and fashionable. They sent it well too. I would buy online again without a doubt.
The quality of the material and the fit is not as good as I had hoped.
There needs to be more specifics on material, and better quality photos to show texture. When I have returned clothing, it's almost always because of really flimsy material... I understand that I am receiving clothing at a discount, but it would be nice to have a clear understanding of the material. Also, I have ordered in the past, and even though I researched the correct sizes, items received are NOT the size ordered. Also, an extra large item might fit across the shoulders and bust, but it will almost always be too long... as if you think all extra large folks are also 6 feet tall or something. PLEASE WORK WITH AMERICAN SIZING! DEAL WITH THIS! NEVER ORDERING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN, AND DEFINITELY WARNING OTHERS.
First, this website is top notch and makes the purchase informative, easy and fun. Nobody wants to ask for something from a website that is difficult to understand. On the other hand, my purchase was spectacular, very nice dress.
I had to place this order several times because the system kept adding extra merchandise to the order. I didn't feel confident that my order was being placed correctly.

First time so I'll wait and see what comes and the quality of the purchases. The quality sucks! And you advertised that it was made in New Jersey but that was a lie. I donated it all to Goodwill
1st time ordering. Packaged well. Sleeves very narrow per size of top. Some loose threads. Overall, nice tops. Pkg oder came in reasonable timeframe.
You must have a great photographer. The products look like very good quality when shopping online. Disappointment only sets in when the products arrive.
I ordered a printed t-shirt and when it arrived it was misspelled! Customer service refused to exchange or refund my money! I was offered 15% back. What am I supposed to do with a misspelled shirt? It was bad service! Your clothes are all smaller than advertised as well!

Material used inside those shoes are visibly cheap and poorly altered! Used shoes arrived after 3 months and in different sizes!
