I have not been able to erase a dress that I don't want from my order form. Deleting items needs to be easier. I bought a dress using the size chart to pick the size. The dress was 3 times too big! I will not order from you again.

I actually wasn't too content with the quality of the products, at the price I paid although cheap I expected better, I just say this bc I am comparing it to shein which I pay even less with discounts and points with a completely free return if needed to.
Would I buy again maybe, the designs are cute some items are better in quality than others just make sure you pay attention to material since it can make a difference.

This is my first Annie Cloth order so far, even though I have been receiving your emails for about one year.
I received my order 1/5/22, I ordered 12/9/21. I get it that the holidays are busy, & Covid has slowed everything down. They're made in China. Just be prepared to wait for the order.
The styles & fabrics are nice & very cute. However, a small is not a Small it's a Large so all the shirts are oversized. One shirt I ordered M, it's smaller than 3 of the shirts tagged small. It's like they put a S tag on a L shirt cuz the ran out. In addition they owe me for a discontinued. The website should have been updated. I won't be ordering again.

I placed my order on 12/7 for a Christmas shirt and didn't receive it until a couple of days ago. When I finally received the shirt it didn't look like the picture.

I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
