The ordering process was Quick and easy, I needed to be patient to receive products. The product quality unfortunately was inconsistent. Sweater is soft, comfy, one sweatshirt is perfect to size, no shrinkage in cold water and no dryer, but another is smaller than sized (same size as first sweatshirt) in the shoulders and arms and different fabric... the jeans were the biggest disappointment. The fabric was... brittle... and the jeans tore immediately. Just putting them on fingers went through fabric..

Waiting for 25% refund on 2 items. I was offered to get refund then this letter came asking if i got my merchandise. I received about a week ago that i would get the 25% refund on both items

I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
