It was hard!, and clothing sizes are very irregular.

Waiting long time to get a surprise. No thanks I'd rather get something that is going to be as ordered not similar. I didn't see any Chinese ladies on other end of support line. Was a red flag from the beginning. Same representative after logging off and getting back on site, had to ask is she was the only customer service help. The labels on clothes are multiple brands from different stores. Either way anniecloth isn't what they portray. Yes big deception here. Also one item all by it's lonesome was shipped separately, never received. Good pocket change for this company with how there shipping out. It disappears and that's that. So you got twice the entertainment Russian roulette and Abra cadabra it magically disappeared

I was told I had 20% off, it even gave it to me in my email and it didn't let me use it, not just on the sale stuff?

Was pretty easy. I searched the website. Found items I liked and purchased. The order shipped in about a week or 2.

So far I like what I see. I hope I feel the same way once I receive my items

I questioned size of clithing. Was it Asian sized or USA sized. Wow, thank you. I had ordered from a company two years ago comparable to Anniecloth, and was scammed. I sent pants back to them and one month later I got them delivered back to me with the pants soakingwet with a fish smell. I went through a harrassing waiting game with these folks for months. Finally, got bank involved and got money back. Again, thank you for sharing your honestly.

I wished to exchange a blouse that was too large. The company response was to offer me 15% of my purchase price as a refund. I declined. They then offered me two choices for resolution; 1. They would refund me 25% of my purchase price or, 2. I could send the blouse to China! All I wanted was to exchange for a smaller size... sheesh

Liked top and dresses, they were delivered to the door,. The items came in individual bags that reclose

The dress I received is not the same as what was shown on the website pic. The dress was still nice and sort of wearable. The straps were too long so the dress dress hung too low. I had tie the straps into knots. The material is not the best quality-cheap- But you get what you pay for. It's deceiving to see one thing on the website pic and then get something very different. Site photos can't be trusted so I don't think I will be ordering again.

The tops I received barely resembled what I had seen online. One top was literally cut cloth with raw, thin fabric edges. One was so wrinkled and stiff, it could not even be ironed! One was like a giant (I mean giant) t shirt with a tiny neck hole. I donated them all to charity the next day, hoping they can make a quilt from the fabric. Terrible products!

The dress I received was NOT what was advertised. When I tried to return it I was informed I'd have to mail it to China (even though it was mailed to me from the US) or they offered me 15% what I paid as compensation. I feel robbed. Please be careful of this company.

Cheap clothing looks nothing like they advertise.The sizing is wrong and you don't get to return the item because it cost too much to send the items back

Love your clothes. Rarely see such vibrant offers for a lovely casual look

This email is problematic, however. I order so many products it would help if you included a link to the order or a picture so I'm sure what I'm reviewing. I'm pretty sure I know because I have on the item now, but just a thought to make your service better.

I have sent 3 messages and e-mails to you about my Other package made on April 18 th I have not yet received it you've taken 19.96 out of my account. I like the cloths but I have to look out for the polyester clothes... I don't like the material. Your Clothes are deceiving because they look like they're Cotton and they state that the material is cotton/Polyester but it's not; it's all polyester and that is not a desireable material here. Cotton is the preferred material. Polyester is cheap-looking and retains sweat and absorbs cold; it's cheap and useless so I can' buy from you anymore. Sorry.

Price good. Clothing great. Shipping ridiculous. A month to get items so don't be in a hurry.

Nice styles of clothes. Could not find clothes like these in America.
