Great clothes to choose from and easy shopping. It was a relaxed, easy process with clothes that are eye catching and an excellenf range of sizes. Very impressive.

I really like the styles and selections. My order came way faster than I expected so was very pleased.

The t-shirts were not as pictured. The neck line and hem line were different. The Sizes were huge. The small was the size of a generous US large. I ordered a small and it was too big. I normally wear a US medium. The return was possible if I was willing to pay for the return shipping to CHINA. I knew I was in trouble when I saw the US arrival date was going to be 10-14 days. That means China,

Arrived late, but wouldn't refund 3 items~ every item was small, but wouldn't refund 3 items, had to pay to return to items to CHINA ~ VERY difficult to reach customer service... This is the service one would expect from back in the 60's, not 2022... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

First time so just learning Annie's clothes and system! Unfortunately I missed the section that takes you straight to the sale items until after I had already placed my order or I would have bought some more!

Bought three pair of pants. Two were wearable and the third pair absolutely exploded into a four way rip, when I sat down. Material is so thin and see through. Nothing to do about it, company in China. I'll move on.

Very confusing it jumps out of your order all the time

The clothes on their website look nothing like they do online when you receive them. One shirt looked like cotton and was actually polyester. The materials are very see-through. Returns are a pain. Do yourself a favor and don't buy these. It is a waste of money.

Items never look like the picture but some are ok. The smallest size still runs big. I'm a 6/8, but still have to alter blouses and dresses.

Lots of choice. Almost too much. Ordered 6 items. Four were great. But 2 I wished to return. Was told since the returns would be to China it would be my responsibility for shipping. Was offered a 15% refund and I got keep the items. Not great but better than paying postage to China.

I found using the "chat" feature to be helpful. The item ordered was more "sack-like", rather than being more tailored than hoped. I will need to have some alterations done to make it more fitted. Material was pretty and lightweight.
