I ordered 2 items in Nov9 we are in DEC16 I've yet to receive these item, however they already took my money and WON'T REFUND, not to mention they keep telling me to be patient that they ALREADY sent it out.SO am out of money, out of products, SO NO I WOULDN'T ever order from there... STAY AWAY
This is probably the worst company I've ever ordered anything from. The items in the pictures look nothing like what came in the mail... maybe the pattern in slightly similar but the fabric is cheap polyester/nylon printed to look like a real knitted sweater. The items are amazingly HORRIBLE. I wanted to return them but they make you go thru numerous steps to even get a return address... then they tell you to send them to China at a great expense and they will refund you 15% instead of you sending them back. So basically they are only worth 15% of what ever you paid - minus the postage! Don't order form these people. YOu will just end up giving the clothing to charity and even then I don't know if anyone would want it.

Parking isn't bad and is fully reimbursed ifbyou buy something at Anniecloth! The Anniecloth store is only a year old so it is beautiful and large.
I ordered a coat from what appears to be a sister site called RossKiss. I just saw this same picture here on Annie Cloth. I received my "coat" which turned out to be a cheap, tiny, hoodie with damage and it smelled horrible. No tags, no manufacturing information, no shipping label, no return label, nothing. This was a $50 loss. There are many scam websites out there, and some of them actually use Paypal. I am not going to go through all the hassle of trying to get my money back because it is too stressful. The item is so bad that I even hate to donate it. I believe used clothes are being recycled by China and these pictures are just stock pictures they use for whatever they have that is even close, which mine really wasn't. Order from sites you know are reliable. Second time this has happened to me.

DO NOT order... wish I had read the reviews for ANNIE CLOTH before purchasing from these frauds. I was impressed with the pictures on their ads. Totally fraudulent! Cheap material and poor craftmanship. I contacted customer service and to return this junk they ask for information that they will not provide for you. NO paperwork is provided with Packaging (order #, customer #, item number, etc). This is, of course, what they ask you to provide with returned items... without this information... NO REFUND! I certainly do not want a replacement. Facebook is cluttered with these ads... does Facebook know they are defrauding their loyal customers? SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

Absolutely terrible fabric. I ordered a pair of trousers that were advertised as linen and when they arrived they were some cheap fabric. I will donate to Lifeline. I'm still waiting for a LINEN blouse, who knows when it will arrive and what fabric it will be. Ordered in September.

Customer service was extremely great... I wanted a pair of shoes and 15 seconds later, they're in my hands! Employees are extremely courteous and fun to talk to...
TERRIBLE! They sent me a defect jumpsuit. When I asked them for refund, they want me to pay for shipping cost & international taxes by returning it to CHINA. They also charged to my credit card for another jumpsuit that I never received. Do NOT buy anything from Annie Cloth!

I wish I would have looked these guys up before ordering. The jeans I ordered was cheap cheap and the shoes were designed so poorly they would not stay on your feet. They looked good in the picture but made once again of cheap materials. There was no way to send them back or get a refund. I had to toss both pair of shoes in the garbage.

This company is a S. C. A. M! STAY AWAY. Material is trash. Order boots, scarf and what I thought was a sweater. Boots are glued, scarf looks nothing like the picture and the Non-sweater was the worse. See picture below. Return policy is a joke! Pictures on site are deceitful. Dont order. Dont do it

This seller never sent my order. Tried to get me to "drop" my PayPal dispute claiming I "had to" for them to refund? NO NO NO... And - Who knows what their real name is? Is it AnnieCloth? They took my money on PayPal under FashionWeb or FashionWeb International and provided what looks like a (fake) ebay. Chicv email as a dot com name... it's not real. They never sent PayPal a shipping manefesto showing items shipped. But, they may try to send out a small item, and use that tracking info as a smoke-screen, as-if they sent out a large order (which will never arrive). I'm told most people give up arguing. But, I pressed on with the dispute. I ultimately was asked by PayPal to file an internet crime report against this seller! GREAT - what an enjoyable shopping experience. Will you need a lawyer too? $$ DON'T DO business on this (overseas sellers) site is my recommendation. Horribly frustrating and possibly a scammer? Lucky me...

While the photos lead you to believe that sweaters are of hand knot quality -- they are 100% cheap fabric prints. Stay away from this place. You can get better quality at the Dollar Store!

Purchase several item. Took a long time for delivery. Based in China. Quality is very poor and fabrics are cheap. Return policy is convoluted and their communication box is full. They offered 15% off to keep. But trying to get a message to them in their time frame is impossible if they can't receive their message. Photography of clothing looks much better than the actual item. Very dissatisfied.

They shipped me waffle t-shirts instead of sweaters. I had my lawyer contact them and they won't refund my money. They are a fake site that gets cheap clothes from China. The site looks legit but it's not. They keep stating their policy that doesn't cover when "they made the mistake" and wont give you a full refund. STAY AWAY. They are awful.

I have never taken the time to write a review ever, but I had to on Annie Cloth. I ordered two sweaters, I received two thermal tops, similar design but not what I ordered online. I tried to return, impossible to return to Hong Kong. I'm stuck with two tops that I am not happy with. Please stay away from this website. They take your money and it's not customer satisfaction!

This is not the only site which does scam. I believe they're all owned by the same people since they're all located in China - Noracora and Chiclila for example. And they keep creating new sites with different names. They all use pictures from other high end online store (do images searches. You'll find them). They don't ship your items, or if they do, you have to wait for weeks.
I didn't receive my items for weeks, even after contacted to Customer Service. I disputed my charge and my bank processed a refund for me.
