Ridiculous company and practices.
I tried to cancel my order but they claimed it had shipped and were going to refund me 10%.
It had not shipped after 6 weeks I received my first piece of 6.
Sizes and quality is really terrible; these were to be Christmas presents.
I don't even want to guess what shipping this crap back will cost and by the way the refund never happened and they are rude on top of everything else.
I don't know how to warn folks about this place and DO NOT ORDER!

I placed an order with the site. I was charged immediately, no surprise there. According to the site, shipping would be 2 or 3 weeks. For FOUR WEEKS the item never came and the tracking number I was given has no changes that the item was even on the way. Contacted the site about the delay wondering if the item was even being sent. The only response i got after two more days was to "wait a little longer" and give me the same tracking number. After ANOTHER TWO weeks the item finally arrived. It was not worth half the price. On the site you can't tell the material was VERY THIN and cheap and the character on it is a THICK PLASTIC SHINY IRON ON. Awful all around, I advise you to NOT order from them. Even if you GET your order, it's not worth it. Learn from my mistake! Check other online reviews and you will see the same!

I have been trying to find this company for over too weeks after making a purchase through a sponsored site. Not until this week could I find a website called ANNIE CLOTH by googling it. Today I found an identical website called Lily cloth. I know Annie cloth is based in China and is also known as ChicV and confidence & collaboration fashion studio. Their business takes a long time to deliver, and they have a list of complaints against them in PayPal for delivery issues and poorly made items. I ordered from them and never received an invoice. When I googled the company, I could not find them online. I had to communicate with them through PayPal. They would not reimburse me for the full amount (which I requested to be cancelled), and would only reimburse a little over a third if my cost if I closed my dispute with them.

AVOID this company. Placed order for 5 items. Finally received 1 item, a coat 15 days later. It is nothing like its description. Color is diarrhea brown, not like the photo. Material is a very cheap polyester. When contacting them regarding a return, as their policy states, a generic email was returned with no helpful information. After this happened twice, i sent a complaint, warning that if they did not respond within 6 hours, I was going viral with reviews on their business practices. So here we are. No way to cancel the other items that have not been sent yet either. Can't wait to see what they look like. This site is very disappointing, as I really like the look of the clothes in the photos. NOT HAPPY!

Bought 5 things, never received 2 items, thought I was getting lovely felted cotton hats, what I got was 2 polyester pieces of crap, most ridiculous things I have ever seen. I also purchased 2 sweaters, never received one, and the one I got looked like a third grader knitted it with twigs, strings and yarn hanging, the collar was attached backwards. I had to alter it so it could be worn. I purchased a pair of fingerless gloves that never came. Save time and anguish, light a match to your cash, you'll get more for it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER, EVER, NEVER AGAIN.

I have spent way too much time in dialogue, to never receive the item. I purchased the item more than three months ago, and they keep emailing in response to promises. Over a month later they still insist they have not received the items but I was told it was delivered. They will not give me back my money. So I am out the money for the items and the shipping. I have made a formal complaint to Annie Cloth and Pay Pal regarding this joke of a company. I hope to also file a legal complaint through any United States legislative body that will look into their "bait and switch" business practices. I personally have spent over $100.00 on scarfs to give as Christmas gifts. The illustrations show a beautiful spun wool (indicates polyester which could have been a blend which I thought) only to get some cheap piece of a re-produced stinky fabric. Unbelievable! Any positive reviews are most definitely a hoax... I plan on filing a class action lawsuit so this pathetic company is put out of business! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS CHINESE FRAUDULENT COMPANY! To return their grossly different product than illustrated, it will cost you as much to return (to China), if not more than the cost of the purchase. Those of the majority, we should work as a group to get "Annie Cloth" put out of business! Complain directly to PayPal also who should be looking out for their consumer's interest!
