When writing to Annie Cloth about the sweater, their response was I would have to pay for shipping back to China plus any taxes and entry fees. They offered me a measley 15% for my troubles.
As stated in my Title, this is one company to stay away from. You are just throwing hard earned money away.

I saw the pictures and ordered before I read reviews. Dumb! It took 3.5 months and numerous emails all with the same weasely response, to get the "handwarmers" and when the arrived they were not at all as the picture, ill- fitting, couldn't get thumb through the finger hole and unbelievably cheap, cotton lyle thread. They wouldn't keep hands warm in Bermuda on a summer day! Hard lesson but will use them for pattern to knit my own. Don't be fooled by fancy photos. Buy American!

Stay away from this site. What they are selling is not what they picture and good luck getting your money back. Very inferior items. They are not a reputable dealer. The positive reviews are probably fraudulent too.

I placed a $190 order. I received 3of 8 pieces. The pieces I did receive took over 7 weeks to arrive and were sent in multiple packages and like ALL the other reviews that I wish I had read over before I ordered, what I received was NOTHING like what was described and pictured. TOTAL low quality materials. They will not respond to my requests for a refund.

I ordered 2 sweaters, it took a few months to come in. Once they came in, the quality was poor and they didn't fit properly. I attempted to return the items after a month and they wouldn't return because it was after the 15 day return policy (the shortest return policy I've seen)
