Ask yourself why are the models heads cropped off? How paypal continues to legitimize this conspiracy to defraud is shocking.

I ordered a sweater and a summer jumper. Um, it's not summer... but it's out of stock and the sweater is one of hundreds on the site, but haven't received word on that either. I've been ripped off! I made an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I recommend that online shoppers AVOID ANNIE CLOTH.

My original order was placed on December 2nd 2019. It's now Jan 28 2020. I have sent countless emails. 1st it was the holiday sale delay, then the 10 to 12 days for shipping, NOW it's the items are out of stock. Wait. I'm not done;... The company has stopped answering my emails. Haven't received the 2 ITEMS or a refund. I had to send all my emails to the Better Business Bureau. And I contacted my local news to put a light on this company. I've never experienced anything like this. After I received the email stating the "items are out of stock," they quit responding. Who does that?!
I order several items all of which arrived the wrong size, or didn't look at all like the picture, and in asking for a refund you must pay for the return postage. So I was given the option of 15% refund. When I inquired about the entire order (all of which arrived separately months later) and the mistakes in size my return email said "it's your fault". I don't have trouble with other companies and order online because of time. This company is very disappointing!

The Better Business Bureau said it's a Chinese company and they don't deal with foreign companies! AVOID at ALL costs! Wanted to send item back to US site but it's only a warehouse! None of the seven items ordered were of the quality pictured on the site, took forever to arrive. After reading these I won't even bother trying to return. Will donate items instead. Not one piece is as shown. Poor quality, hideous clothing! Do NOT waste your money and time with these scammers. They should be shut down.

The clothes look soooooo cute on their web site and the company looks legit. Of the 4 pieces I got, 1 had a huge stain on the front (the company said it could still be worn so they wouldn't refund), the 2nd piece was pants and their small was a sz 0-2 (to be generous) and extremely thin. The 3rd piece was a completely different color than it looked online and the 4th- oh that never showed up. After excessive attempts to return, they just wouldn't offer a refund for any reason. I contacted my bank for fraud and they helped.

Don't order anything from this ripoff of a company/website. Ordered around $125 worth of stuff in October 2019, and here it is February 2020 The online pictures look good, but the merchandise is, in reality, extremely poor quality. A "sweater" turned out to be just a knit top. $35 Boots were too big, poor quality vinyl and there's no way to return, get money back or even return for credit. I am still waiting for two knitted scarves to arrive and have no idea if they will ever come. Don't waste your time or money? Why didn't I look at the reviews?
