Ordered merchandise, charged same day and two months later no merchandise and no refund... When I query the order it now lists out of stock. No updates from the company about the order accept my initial order. Losey service.

I had on decent item from noroco (same clothing company as Annie Cloth). The next order had misspelled words, sizing was off, quality was horrible, unwearable, unable to return as it cost more than the items cost. They just keep changing their name. It is a shame as the designs are great, but what you get from them is junk. They could charge more and make good quality stuff and it would sell off of the shelves.

The customer service was really good, they gave quick responses with solutions and I also love the dress I bought. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the last time I ordered from the website, I received an incorrect order, but the staff was very happy to help and was able to fix the problem. The pictures shown on website do not reflect the actual product at all! We waited for a delivery aout three and a half weeks only to receive a terrible rag, No way you could return their product as well. Be aware stay away from this website managed by Chinese cheats.

Buyer service of this online boutique helped me fully throughout the process and responded very quickly. The dress I buy itself is a quality material and is very well made. Seeing that everything was lace, I was concerned that it could be easily pulled or damaged, however it is such a thick and quality lace that I don't think there is any risk.

This is the MOST terrible clothing store in the world. The clothes are cheap, not the correct size, and are nothing like they advertise. There return policy is nonexistent. They care nothing about customer service. They send the wrong item and the wrong size and then expect you to pay for it. They are very misleading. DO NOT buy from them. You will be terribly disappointed and out a lot of money.

I ordered 2 sweaters in December. In February I got 1 and was told the other one would be shipped in 10-15 days. Well 2 months later I am still trying to contact them and no luck.
