They have all my information. They have absolutely no reason not to give me my money back. They obviously are stalling. I suspect they think I'll give up. Nope. I want my money back.

I received a sweater jacket that was faded, ugly, and limp as a rag. It smells awful. Absolutely nothing like the picture. Horrible. When I complained, they told me I would have to send the item back to China and pay fees and tariffs. Odd, the e-return address was in California. They said I am to "ignore" the e-return address on the package. They said they have a "contract" that states these terms. There are other very similar clothing companies out there connected to their parent company. The scam is far and wide reaching. After some digging I found they have a 94% dissatisfaction rate. However, anything I received from China through Amazon Prime was beautiful. I have three other packages yet to arrive from this company. I got burned.
My new favorite online store to buy accessories, they have never failed me, I get everything to look good and beautiful!

I recently bought a formal dress. After efficient and fast delivery it was too big and I wanted to change it to a smaller size. The process could not have been easier. Free return upon drop me off at my local post office and I couldn't believe how fast the exchange was. In a week I was the right size and it looks great on me. Thank you. I would definitely buy from you again!
I am still trying to figure out why I ordered from this company. It was a nightmare! Took forever to get bits and pieces of my order and the quality is horrible. The customer service isn't any better as you are dealing with people in China. Learned my lesson... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered items 9/2019 for a trip in October. Items trickled in until January. This item had nonsensical writing-not what was advertised, so I attempted to return it. Was told it was past 30 days of purchase so no refunds or exchanges were possible...-and that took 4 emails over 4 weeks to get them to respond. DO NOT BUY! Bad sizing, delivery may or may not happen, and products are defective!

How nice it is when companies provide excellent customer service and make it easy for us to do business with them. The return policy is fantastic. Of course, there will be times when they don't fit you without being given the change to try them out before buying. I guess things like that make you feel very grateful when you get excellent service and decent policies from places like this.
I made my order and received it a few days later, unfortunately the shoes were tight and going up one size was not going to fix it. The return process was so easy, click click and I chose a store credit, my return label was emailed and once I returned the shoes the credit was applied to my account plus 10%. Unbeatable service.
Easy, no obligation, free and fast returns to deliver! I love this store for making me an online buyer.
