However, anything I received from China through Amazon Prime was beautiful. I have three other packages yet to arrive from this company. I got burned.

I ordered items 9/2019 for a trip in October. Items trickled in until January. This item had nonsensical writing-not what was advertised, so I attempted to return it. Bad sizing, delivery may or may not happen, and products are defective!

How nice it is when companies provide excellent customer service and make it easy for us to do business with them. The return policy is fantastic. Of course, there will be times when they don't fit you without being given the change to try them out before buying. I guess things like that make you feel very grateful when you get excellent service and decent policies from places like this.
I made my order and received it a few days later, unfortunately the shoes were tight and going up one size was not going to fix it. The return process was so easy, click click and I chose a store credit, my return label was emailed and once I returned the shoes the credit was applied to my account plus 10%. Unbeatable service.

I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
