I ordered $127 worth of clothes from Annie Cloth on May 23. I tracked my package starting the end of May, and since May 30th, the package shows being in San Francisco and not moving on.
I contacted Annie Cloth via email, but was only sent an auto reply with instructions about how to track a package. There is no way to contact the company other than that, and the email says there are NO refunds for packages already shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AND NO RECOURSE FOR A REFUND WHEN IT DOESN'T ARRIVE!

I ordered several items and they have not arrived. I have tried many times to contact them via email. I got an email regarding my order saying that it was delivered and when i tracked it, it was a different name and address in a different state. I finally found a phone numnber, but when I called it was not the company. I was told that they are using the other companies phone number and they get calls all the time and its always a complaint. I'm still waiting for my merchandise. June 16th, received email that said my order was on the way. Sill waiting. Will not be ordering from here again.
Ordered a dress from Annie Cloth on June 3. Hasn't arrived yet. Contacted company got a form letter response. Then a request for me to be patient! I think 27 Days to wait for an item to be shipped from SanFrancisco to Phoenix is ridiculous. Don't buy anything from Annie Cloth!
I purchased a dozen items of clothing and 3 pairs of shoes The shoes (size 42) came in 3 sizes and all smaller The clothing material and stitching was cheap and too small. When washed, the xl size shrunk to the size of a 6 year old. In 2 cases the blouse arms shrunk to 2 different sizes. I would not recommend this company to anyone nothing fit.
Nobody I know calls their clothes or shoes precious. Nor most of the other language used in these reviews the only legit wording is the negative reviews! Stay AWAY!
I have been buying clothes here for the last 6 months and they fit me very well, they are of great quality. Their staff is always ready to help. I would recommend their boutiques on the internet. It's a shame they don't have a reward system for their purchases
Don't waste your time! They tell you the items shipped, but there is no tracking history. Emailed customer service several times giving them the order number and they tell me you need to track your order with the information on the order. Worst company ever!
I reviewed this company earlier, with my horrible experience, and alerted viewers they are SCAMMERS! They have noted on sitejabber that they attempted to reach out to me, and I did not respond. LIES! LIES! LIES! The response I got from Anniecloth (and NoraCora - same company, different names), was an offer of 15% discount and to 'add cloth' to the items that were too small. Additionally, I would have to pay the shipping back to CHINA, and then they would refund me. I wasn't about to fall for that. So, I was stuck with over $200 worth of junk/cheap clothing. Again, Anniecloth and NoraCora responded to these claims on Sitejabber, claiming they tried to reach out to the complaints, through Sitejabber, but they DID NOT! That's a total lie. These companies are a SCAM! The sizing is not American sizing - it's Chinese sizing. Don't do it!
Please please please do not order from them, they are based in China and you will never get your merchandise or the money back. I was waiting for over 2 month and never got my items or getting a refund.

0 stars, ZERO customer service. I ordered early may about 6 items, well over $100 worth and I'm still waiting on delivery. I've sent emails, they give me a tracking number but no tracking carrier. I finally get a carrier and the carrier claims the tracking number shows no item has shown up to their facilities for shipment. So I had to go to my bank and dispute this. I would discourage buying anything from a company that can't supply a phone number or an actually contact person within the company. It is in the UK, but there are scammers everywhere. I believe that is exactly what this company is!
The website is so easy to use and offers so many views of the clothes that you cannot be sure of the purchase. I consider that all the items here are of high quality, that's why I keep buying and I am very confident to keep buying online.
Every garment I bought at this boutique has been excellent. The product range is good. Good quality, reasonable price. It is my first 'go to' store. I love this team.
The dress is beautiful, but if you want it to fit you, choose a smaller size, since I am generally size S, but with this dress I had to make many modifications to make it fit. Color is same as photo on website. It is a very good dress, I do not regret it.
