After I wrote a review, I received something from Annie Cloth saying they would resolve the issue and it still has not been resolved. My purchase was March 3rd and it is now July 5th. I keep getting the same answer that they haven't heard back from the carrier. I did not pick the carrier Annie Cloth did and to say because they haven't heard back from them is again not acceptable. So this company does not stand behind their products or the carrier service they choose. Do not order anything from them because you will not receive your items and they will not refund your money if you don't. If the carrier does not respond back to them, they will not resend or refund your money, even though the tracking shows "0" items in transit. Below is my most resent response from them after 4 months of communication and the tracking information showing the items are lost. I will continue to post reviews until the issue is resolved.
