I ordered an item and was told once the item has been shipped they will NOT refund your money. It has been over 5 months and the tracking number shows nothing found for that tracking. Do not order from this company because they do NOT stand behind their products.

On June 2nd I ordered 2 golf games from Treegens. I was told they were delivered on June 29th. There was no address on the tracking information with the exception of the City, State and zip code. So the product could have been dropped off at any residence in Highland. I do not provide my address to the shipping company Treegens does. I was home all day and have cameras outside my house and there was NO delivery to my house. I contacted UPS and they could not provide any additional information. I have been communicating through e-mail and they want ME to find out what happened which I tried. Now they want to compensate me with $5.00, which is not acceptable. Do not order from this company because they do not stand behind their product once it leaves their dock even if they provided incorrect information.

After I wrote a review, I received something from Annie Cloth saying they would resolve the issue and it still has not been resolved. My purchase was March 3rd and it is now July 5th. I keep getting the same answer that they haven't heard back from the carrier. I did not pick the carrier Annie Cloth did and to say because they haven't heard back from them is again not acceptable. So this company does not stand behind their products or the carrier service they choose. Do not order anything from them because you will not receive your items and they will not refund your money if you don't. If the carrier does not respond back to them, they will not resend or refund your money, even though the tracking shows "0" items in transit. Below is my most resent response from them after 4 months of communication and the tracking information showing the items are lost. I will continue to post reviews until the issue is resolved.
