DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. They will take your money and send you garbage 6 weeks later. One dress i received is a photo of a dress printed on a cheap nylon sack with armholes cut out. They should be out of business. This should be illegal. ZERO STARS. Any reviews you read otherwise are also scams.
I purchased three items as a gift on May 16. As of July 2, they have not arrived. I repeated contacted Customer Service and was given tracking numbers that were not valid. Just today, I see one item finally shipped from China. I am not confident these items will ever arrive, and customer service was not helpful. I am not even going to try to get a refund. So buyer beware.
I only received 2 of the 10 items I ordered, and that took a month. The shirt was a totally different color that I will never wear. Also very cheap. The bracelet had completely different beads. Nothing like the picture. Returning is impossible. These will go right to Goodwill. And I'm reporting them to PayPal and the BBB for false advertising and unfilled orders.
Fast delivery and good service. The jumpsuit was made of good materials and fit very well. It will be highly recommended for friends and will definitely buy again. Expect more new designs from this boutique online.
I ordered three items through Annie Cloth. One did not arrive and the two that did are horrendous -- cheaply made from fabric that feels like a variation on a plastic polymer, and not at all indicative of their pictures. When I tried to return them I was advised that they came from China and the fees involved in returning would be so high it wouldn't be worth my while, so they offered to give me 15% back so I could "alter them." I would never spend money to alter this junk. DO NOT SHOP ANNIE CLOTH.
I get clothes with really good and not too expensive designs that I can afford, like the modern look, office work clothes, perfect sizes, perfect style, without words, just beautiful, keep it up, the good things are definitely here!
After 2 months and 4 requests for the status of our order we finally gave up and disputed the charge with the credit card company. Covid 19 is no excuse for appalling customer service.

If you look at the reviews of certain products on their website the reviews alone are questionable. Some say: No smell, have incorrect grammar, some don't even make sense. I noticed the same review on two different tops, so they're not only writing their own reviews but recycling it between products. I had maybe 15 items in my cart, was about to place my order when something told me it wasn't right. Glad I backed out.
Here's one review I noticed was under 2 different clothes: "On the way month, the quality was pleasant, sewn very neatly,, the size is not specified, on my 92-72 height 172 sat well, the sleeves are short, shines through. I took measurements, everything in the photo. Definitely recommend the seller, I want to order in a different color." Does that seem right to you? Nope.
I love the skirt that I bought here. It fits perfect! The elastic material and the color is like this this season. I would definitely recommend it if you like hugging figures to accentuate your curves.

I have been trying to return dresses to Annie Cloth. They will not give me a return address to mail the returns to. Every time I e-mail them, it takes days for them to respond and I still do not get an address to send returns to. They keep sending the same reply letter with information on how to return items, but no return address is given.
I placed this order on May 29. It look 18 days to get to California from China. I do not know what kind of shipping these people use but it left California 12 days ago and it is still sitting in Atlanta. From California f it went to Nevada in one day and then took four days to get to Indiana. It took another four days to get to Atlanta where it has been sitting for three days. I order from Amazon and it arrives in less than 24 hours. The summer is going to be over before I get to wear these summer clothes. I'll update you if or when it ever arrives.
This dress is just perfect. High quality fabric, I love the cut and the way it sits on you. You can dress it up and down. The dress is also excellently priced.
