It's ridiculous what terrible quality these items were; and it cost more to ship them back to China for a refund than the value of the products which the Annie Cloth owner is surely fully aware of. They first offer you a 10% refund if you just keep the items, then when I proceeded with the return request they upped it to 25%. But that means they still had to have made a big profit on what I can only imagine is 100s of almost worthless merchandise shipped to trusting Americans.
I bought my new pink velvet heel ankle boots online by advance order with a great discount. Everything went according to plan, delivered in its large shoe box with shoe bag and on time! On his first exit, I got out of my car, got into the parking elevator and received my first compliment. They are beautiful; Practical (but don't look a bit like sensible shoes!) They are so different and delicious. Again, as my first pair, I used them all day as new shoes without any problems, I'm ready to order my next pair!
Easy to order. Took too long to receive the items. Like 3 weeks. No way of tracking them. Arrived after Christmas, so I was not able to gift them. Size and quality are not what I expected. I am afraid now that if I return it, I'll never get my money back.
I was very hesitant to ask them after reading so many negative reviews. Fortunately, I tried! I received my order in 12 days. The quality of the items (2 dresses, 2 handbags and a sweater) is quite good. Plus, you can't beat the price!

It is always such a pleasant experience to order clothes on this website, I literally check every week to see that there are newcomers. It really saved me, less hassle than going to a physical store for me. Add more bridesmaids dresses, excellent service!
The beautiful dresses, so hard to choose only 1, good quality, had to be re-shipped because the size was too small, however they were able to help me and get my store credit as soon as possible which was very helpful since I needed the dress for the same week! Highly recommended!
Ordered and charged $35+ int'l currency charge, which no where did it say it was not a U. S business, for product on 4/1; product not received until 4/28; Didn't like and had to request by email the information on returning it, which isn't disclosed until you need to know. I lieu of return, I was offered 15% credit if I didn't return, which I accepted and was told would be applied within 1 week. Not a month later, still no credit. In further email communication, was told finance dept needed extra time. I call BS and told them I would be disputing the charge and writing this review. Should have checked them out before ordering, but will NEVER make that mistake again!

SUPER ill-fitting clothes. Cheap quality, shapeless fit--nothing at all like the pics. And I'm a size 6-8. Too expensive to return--straight to donation-ville. So far off from web description--smells like a scam. Never again.

Okay, I bought some shirts and a pair of jeans. 2 t-shirts have already been shipped and delivered. The 2 t-shirts I received were great. Amazing stuff, nothing cheap. For a first impression, this website is pretty good with clothes. My only problem is shipping. I guess I'm a little impatient because the clothes are so cute, but it's been a week and it still says processing. But aside from those two thumbs up, good job!
