Excellent ordering site, even changed an item that I screwed up ordering Shipping was well documented and easy to track. As received, items were as good or better than described and pictured. If the sizes are correct I will be good to go. Very pleased with entire ordering process.

I would not recommend ordering from this company. It wasn't clear to me from the website that they're based in China or Hong Kong or wherever. It took two weeks for me to receive my order, and the shirt was way too big. I was told that I could either send it back at my expense or get a 15% cash refund. At the UPS store they said it would cost $150 to send the shirt back to China, and the cash refund was going to be only $5.00. So I'm out the $36 I paid for the shirt, and I would never order from Anniecloth again.

The top I ordered was just as advertised, unfortunately the wrong size was sent, and when I contacted Anniecloth, rather than return the item it was suggested I just keep it and they would refund a percentage of the cost. I really appreciated that aspect of the company!

Very high shipping cost. Final check out not easy to maneuver. Fabric on hoodie was not as expected. Photo it looked soft thick and warm. It's nothing like that. It's a gift and I'm a bit disappointed in it.
I liked the shirts but I thought they would be more like sweaters..
It took a while to receive both items I got the pants delivered to my doorstep but the other item didn't come til much later. I wish I would have been informed better about when to expect the second item.

When I let them know they said I could return and get exchange but I have to pay for return and wait a long time because it came from China and they said it would probably cost more to return than what I paid. I Evan sent them pictures of my order saying sz lg and item on bag said lg but blouse tag said xl blouse is to big for me.

So hard working on phone screen, agreed phone screen too small to see all information. Wait for my coat was extremently long. Coat no as thick as appeared, won't be best coat for winter. You need to enlarge the sleeves for XL, XXL and XXL people. We have larger than average upper arm area. The
Sleeves on this coat is too narrow. I can't wear a sweater under the coat, or a pant suit w/coat. You need to study more about the boday of a extra person. It is a good thing I am losing weight, so I can more easily wear this coat soon.
2 out of 5 shirts did not look like the pictures. Disappointed and didn't want to pay to ship them back. Started a second order then found out final sale doesn't count towards the quota for free shipping and it was going to cost $63 to ship my order so unfortunately I won't be placing any more orders

I ordered the items using the sizing info on the website. When I received the items they were terribly huge and the sleeves were extra long and they were awful. I called and tried to return, but of course, that was impossible unless I wanted to pay for all the reshipping back to CHINA! What a rip-off this company is for the average buyer. I had hesitated in the past to order things because I wondered if the company was 'good.' Obviously not. I was FINALLY offered 20% of my funds back to avoid having to pay all the extra shipping, etc. I'm still waiting for that 20% back!

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility. Please take heart to the reviews you are seeing from those of us who have already been scammed by them and avoid the temptation of the low prices. You get what you pay for!

If you get ANYTHING, it will be a chinese knock-off of reputable clothing, pure unadulterated junk. IF you get it at all. They will not accept any returns & if you sre persistent enough, will offer you $5 To keep it and have it "altered". This site, NoraCora & others are rotating scam sites.
