The item I purchased was called a jacket, yet it was made of flimsy tshirt material! The colors aren't nice either- you can see right through them. This was definitely a purchase from a second rate warehouse.

The items were shipped promptly and were lovely. I think they tend to be on the bigger end of XL as the sleeves are quite long and the chest is a little loose. But the Medium size was spot on.

I have bought clothes from China for several years. Yes I have returned merchandise. I buy from China knowing return, although timely, is not too complicated. I have ALWAYS received the full price of the returned merchandise. Some companies pay for returns while other companies told me to just keep the merchandise and returned my money in full. You charged me $24 to ship and the post office is charging me $60 to return. Clearly that is not economically sound for me. You have offered me 35% of the price of the merchandise I had wanted to return. Returns should be free. Wouldn't you think that a 75% of the original cost would be a more honest and certainly a fairer settlement. The other honest and fair settlement is for you to pay for shipping. All this certainly qualifies you for a one star rating, no higher.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Before that, for good willing, we would offer some solution to satisfy our customers. Sorry that you're not satisfied with that.

No problem so far, this is my first purchase on Annie Cloth. More information on ordering site regarding lengthy shipping would have been helpful; didn't get that info until after order was placed. Also I didn't receive any notification of shipping (as specified) until I called customer service.
