Total Scam! Once you finally received them, the clothes are junk. Really poor quality. I tried to return everything... spent a fortune sending it back to CHINA only to have it returned 3.5 MONTHS later. The post office and packaging said that the receiver never picked up the returned package so they sent it back to me. The company said there was nothing they could do since they "didn't receive the clothes."... Now I'm stuck with the cost of the clothes and the cost shipping! DO NOT BUY ANNIE CLOTH!

. It's fun! Order a cute dress from Annie Cloth and be prepared to be surprised at what you get. The general shape of the garment is correct (I. E. it is a dress) but the fabric and color are totally different. Look what I got! Customer service is so helpful - they will offer you 15% back if you want to return, then threaten you with expensive shipping and customs fees to mail it back to China! I'm joining 14,000 others (only 200 are verified purchasers) to rate AnnieCloth with 5. Stars so maybe one of you will read this before you order and be spared all of the fun and games.

I ordered 3 pairs of fingerless gloves in plenty of time to give them as gifts only they never arrived. I complained and they said that it would take 35 days at most to receive my packages. They also sent me a tracking number and a site that I have never heard of. According to that one is still in China and the other two have been in my city for about 2 days, but they still haven't been delivered which makes absolutely no sense. Next Christmas I am going to do better research or just buy locally.

Terrible website. Very hard to navigate. When my package arrived almost 2 months later I was so disappointed. The fabric for all three garments was so cheap that I can't wear any of them in public. My experience - don't order!

At first I thought "Love the styles! Love the color! Everything these days seems so drab... thank you for offering what I have been looking for." But the final product is nowhere close to what the pictures led me to think I'd be getting. The "cotton blend" feels synthetic and overall the clothing looks and feels "cheap". Size wise the tops are much larger than expected.

This would have to be my most visited store and the fact that they accept online payments makes it much more affordable for those tighter budgets. The website is very easy to navigate, there is plenty of variety for all sizes and ages, and I have never purchased anything that is not true to size. Never fails to disappoint with fast delivery! I love receiving emails first to notify me of any newcomers who may have lost. Try it yourself, you will fall in love like me.

First of all it took me almost two months to get my items. I bought two pairs of moccasin type shoes. The shoes I got and the shoes in the picture don't even slightly resemble each other. The construction is so poor that I don't believe they will even be wearable. I thought I had read their reviews they were all five stars but then I noticed they were being left by only non-speaking non-writing English persons. Please save your money they're selling garbage.

Amazing internet experience. I had some confusion with my order, but customer service was friendly, fast, and a comfortable process. Shipping was also surprisingly fast. I'm a high-quality snob so I hate shopping online because you never know what you're going to get. However, my dress did not disappoint. I recommend this online boutique to anyone.

The quality of the products was not what it appeared to be. Items very light and cheaply made, sizes were all over the place. Watch out if you order any cute tee shirts that appear in the pictures to be silk screened, they are the ugly old ironed on prints that feel like plastic. The payment for the order came out of my account weeks before the order arrived. There was a reason for that, the order comes directly from China! So returning anything becomes very expensive, because you have to pay shipping and custom charges back to China.

At first I was really worried about ordering because I was afraid it would be like one of those scam companies that you order online and never know again, but I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived, the quality was better than expected. It definitely didn't feel like cheap materials and the zippers and straps on my bags (faux fur, satin and velvet) are solid and not like those plastic zippers from garbage companies that break after a few uses. They responded to my emails fairly quickly. Thank you, I will surely buy again.

It's ridiculous what terrible quality these items were; and it cost more to ship them back to China for a refund than the value of the products which the Annie Cloth owner is surely fully aware of. They first offer you a 10% refund if you just keep the items, then when I proceeded with the return request they upped it to 25%. But that means they still had to have made a big profit on what I can only imagine is 100s of almost worthless merchandise shipped to trusting Americans.
