I found that shopping with this boutique is very easy and fun. Their fashions are modern, made of quality materials(generally) and also suit older but elegant clients. I can recommend because they also have an excellent hassle free return policy.
Don't be fooled about the low clothing prices. Annie Cloth gouges you with the shipping costs. Poor customer service response and there is NO way to contact them by phone. Their website doesn't allow you to track your orders.

Super useful and amazing quality. Customer service is very helpful. I bought 3 bridesmaids dresses (of great quality), they looked incredible as in the image, I recommend buying clothes on this website, I'm sure I will buy them again.
Everything I Purchased from here was very poor quality, and fit. I am basically using everything for pajamas as I would not wear them out of my house. Purse I ordered was completely different, fabric color, etc. and looked nothing like what I ordered. In order to return everything it would've cost me a fortune. I would never, ever, ever shop here again. And would warn that these reviews must be either written by family members, or people who never leave their houses. Absolutely do not purchase from this company. Another review here describes my experience and my opinion precisely. The items are crap. If you were walking on the beach in a third world country during vacation and you saw these items being sold for pennies, you would not waste your money. Then when they arrive they are mis-sized. I got two t-shirts - same t-shirt, same size - totally different in actual size. I tried to return that one and after demanding loads of information and a bunch of my time, they end up telling me that returns have to go to China, take a very long time, and are at my expense. They offer simply issue a 15% credit for new purchases on their site. Stay away. This is what's wrong with shopping on the internet. You will be sorry.
My shopping experience was incredibly good! Very accommodating and I am very appreciated for it. The girl who helped me online did her best and her friendly service does not go unnoticed, all my emails were answered in a matter of hours or a day! So fast! Customer service and friendliness like this is what every business should be!
Never received my entire order. Only part of it came. Several emails back and forth to company. Can not get a refund. Lost over $30.00. I do not recommend dealing with this company unless you have money to burn.

I recently made 3 different purchases here. Two only took a few days to arrive. Another took a little longer (sent by a third party), but his excellent customer service tracked him down within a few hours after I wrote to ask them. Another package was missing an item, which is being shipped again without asking questions. All items (dress, sweatshirt, shoes) looked as good as the photos online. Customer service was courteous, efficient, friendly and professional.
