This is the second time I've booked a hotel through Amoma and found the services to be very satisfying. Everything I've asked for has been delivered with no hassle making checking in extremely easy.
Cancelled my weeks booking on the Sunday night at 9.00pm before my Monday start on an it contract. They basically allowed the Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre to cancel on a Sunday because they could get more money having realised that the conservative party conference was on in Birmingham UK
It was a good stay overall. Didn't like the overnight parking price. Was too much for 1 nights stay.
I was able to book easily and I really enjoyed the hotel I chose, the people in the hotel were very nice and helpful, the room was comfortable.
I booked Apollo Museumhotel Amsterdam for one night (for 141 euro), this is small hotel with a good location in the central, however the room we got was on the second floor without a lift only a narrow steep stair where one person will hard squeeze into, without saying if you are with a luggage. Go down this stair even harder than climb you catch yourself thinking that now you will break your neck. Of course there was any word that the booked room is without a lift in the description on the site. We were lucky because we only climbed one floor, but after ours there was another one or two floors. We are young couple and it was our last day in Amsterdam so we didn't make a noise from this, the staff did not even offer assistance with luggage.

The site had the best prices and was easy to navigate. The hotel was exactly as explained in the description. So would definitely utilize the site in the future.
Nice hotel the reviews were right a nice place to stay in a central area near all the the resterants
This hotel is within 15 minutes of the club scene in Dublin and has it's own pub with live music on the weekends.
The property also features a leisure center with a pool that also has a hydro pool within.
Also available is a hot tub along with a steam room and sauna.
Great value for the moneys paid.

I was trying to book a hotel in Tenerife when I got a call from an AMOMA agent who was obviously monitoring my online search and offered me a better deal which I ultimately was very happy with. He was very helpful
Booked our break in Cambridge with Amoma through Trivago and it all went through very smoothly. The only problem I had was trying to retrieve my booking off the website. I put my email address in but it kept rejecting it saying someone else had the same email. Very strange but I rang the Hotel and they said it was all booked for me and they sent me a letter of confirmation.
It was good and comfortable, very near the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly too. I would definitely recommend people to stay there.

Pesima experiencia con Amoma, nos mintieron en relacion a habitacion para 3 personas adultas cuando es una habitacion con 2 camas donde caben 3 e incluzo 4 personas durmiendo de a 2, lo comprado era una habitacion para tres personas adultas con 3 camas. Ellos hacen la distincion en la pagina de reserva pero en la realidad es solo habitacion doble.Al hacer el reclamo desde el mismo hotel, nos indican que Amoma es la responsable de indicar de manera equivocada el concepto de habitacion para 3 personas y no ellos. Amoma por su parte dice que exponen lo correcto ya que caben 3 personas y la distincion es interpretable.En concreto no entregaron ninguna solucion solo excusas inaceptables. Jamas volveria a recomendar a Amoma.
