Through Amoma.com, unfortunately i booked in Amarante pyramids hotel, Cairo, Egypt for 2 periods of time, from 1-5 December (Booking number *******, client number *******, Booking reference L6PF*******-010/*******) and from 15-31(confirmation number *******822, PIN code 0090) in December also. Now i have 2 points
1) you overcharged me in US-dollars not Egyptian pounds as the other companies had done in my payments and without telling that it'll be in dollars, which caused me a lot of withdrawal from my card in Egyptian pounds! Then just right now i revised your confirmation and found in veeeeeery small letters that payment will be in Dollars!
2) Why you always insist to say the "TOTAL" price is... so & so in again Egyptian pounds, then i discover that this total is less than the "TOTAL" that you took from my card.
Anyway, nothing more to be said and thank you for teaching me a very good lesson... How to cheat your client.

Had such a lovely time hotel was amazing thank you room was so big and got upgraded to a suite want a way to start a beautiful weekend
Great hotel, great service, clean and lovely. Room service is definitely extortionate and not very varied, but other then this hotel is great, there are shops nearby and very close to Disney land and the main shopping center.
I was happy with the service Amoma gave me on the phone, I had no dramas with the booking and the hotel didn't let us down
The only bad part of my stay was my suit was above the the maintenance and housekeeping room. From 7:30 am to 3pm the door slammed shut about every 15 minutes. That sucked!
Bedroom floor was dirty and needed hoovered it needs a lick of paint there was dirty tissue under bed dirty tissue and a label downside of the toilet a screw in corner of bathroom the doors on the inside of the hotel needed a good clean bed was comfortable and clean though

The process was easy enough, I was a little frustrated not being able to get back to the details of the reservations. Unless I missed it, I could only access the page with the booking number, dates etc, but could not find the details such as price, original booking request-just wanted to review. Otherwise all worked out just fine and hotel had all needed info, which was most important!

From the online booking to checking in to the hotel, everything was smooth. During checking in, I just gave my last name and my I received my room access card right away. Awesome!

Good rooms... had minibar microwave... hair dryer tv lcd... daily cleaning of the room... good service... if you want to do grocery shopping I recommend wallmart 15 min from hotel and lunch in pollo tropical... for 15 dollars eat 3 people
Room was small but had everything. Small round window high up so no views at all. Fine for winter or just a stay where you are out all day. In summer that room cijjf feel claustrophobic. Breakfast was fine. Bar was fine for a drink before gin g out.
Totally seamless from booking to checking in!. Gate had my name and guest pass ready. Everybody was helpful and did not discriminate where I got the booking!
