First time user of Amoma - Booked hotel online - received voucher (slightly nervous that Amoma was 'missing' from header) - this was not a problem... I arrived at hotel - the booking was in place as they were expecting me.
Straightforward! - would certainly consider using again.
I booked the Imperial Hotel Cork through Amoma and both the process of booking through Amoma site and our stay in Cork were perfect.
The location, check-in, room, gym and breakfast All exceeded my expectations. The staff was quick and helpful and suggested dining and easy directions to the places I was hoping to visit.
Lovely clean and warm room only downside was the breakfast... no cooked food on offer only toast. We didn't realise this was the offer. Also the restaurant finished at 9.30 on a Saturday night so we had to find the nearest chippy.
Overall the experience with the hotel room which was booked via Amoma in the Dorsett Shepherd's Bush hotel in London was positive. However, the information about the hotel was not entirely up-to-date. So had the mini-bar in the hotel room been abandoned (although still mentioned as available room service) and was it only possible to have a drink in the room at the extra cost of £3.5 (bringing the cost of a simple glass of wine at more than £10!). Also did the hotel still not release a provisional reservation on the credit card for eventual additional expenses, which were not used, after more than one week. Not a proper way of dealing with the customer.

The hotel is beautiful and if you want to be in the heart of everything it´s fantastic, but I needed to get to sleep before 5 am! Went home from my weekend and slept.
Family of 3 stayed here on December 2018 for 1 day as part of a road trip. The hotel is clean and there is a decent breakfast. The only issue I had was the music from the gym was load at 5am. Other than that it's a decent hotel
We booked our overnight stay at The Croke Park Hotel with Amoma.com.
We had an amazing experience. The Hotel was modern in design. The Staff were excellent, extremely helpful & looked after us in every way possible. Our room was as you would expect, plush, spotlessly clean, with the extra addition of tea& coffee making facilities, toweling bathrobes & slippers, & complimentary chocolates.
Hotel was classed as 4*, never in a million years. Wouldn't stay there again as be would never recommend it

Serious family circumstance prevented my travel to Wash DC. Was not aware of AMOMA no refund policy when booking. I called Hilton Garden Inn to tell them I could not make the trip and they were very appreciative. AMOMA kept my money in total and I cannot complete Christmas shopping due to this. Very sad way for the Swiss to operate a business. They need to post no cancellation policy up front before booking. My feeling is they are a predator business and unfairly profits from folks that can least afford the loss. If they would refund my money, it would change my families holiday season dramatically for the better, but I am not holding my breath. Do the right thing AMOMA and be fair to your customers and redeem yourself and your standing as a major booking competitor. You will feel and sleep better for it. And your own families will be proud of the way you make a living and run a business.

Please note that the cancellation policy is always displayed during your booking process and – after your booking is completed – also in your confirmation email as well as your personal account area on our site. Potential card fees are levied by the bank and not us and are therefore not refundable.
