Staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the bar was good and the breakfast was lovely. We got a lovely comfortable room at the front of the hotel with a view of the mountains. It is in an excellent location which is perfect for shopping, a stroll to the rose gardens, etc,. Will definitely be back.

Die gepflegten grosszuegigen Gartenanlagen laden hier zur Entspannung ein. Ebenso die grossen pools und das gut gefuehrte Spa. Die Mitarbeiter am Fruehstueck u Frontdesk sind alle sehr freundlich. Der busshuttle zum Hafen ist eine tolle Einrichtung(sollte evtl auch abends zu den anderen Pestanahotels gehen um mehr events wahrzunehmen). Die zimmer sind riesig und in gutem sauberen zustand. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

The online booking experience was great. Easy to follow website and booked with no problem at all. The hotel Hermes in Athens was very comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast with a huge choice of food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would use both Amoma and Hermes again for sure

I was looking for a place to stay in Tucson, AZ and AMOMA came up as a booking option. It said it was a trip advisor partner so I checked out what they had. I saved 50% over what I could have paid going anywhere else at the Hilton El Conquistador. The only one small snag was my credit card was denied for the final payment as they are not a US based country. It was resolved easily with an email to them. They were very responsive. The hotel even upgraded us to a suite.
Quick reservation but charge extra fee if you pay by credit card. The website could evolve though by stating before approving the reservation the main conditions in a few bullet points such as not cancellable for instance.
We were very satisfied with Amoma even after reading the negative reviews. One thing though- we were charged international credit card fees because we are in the US and Amoma is in Europe.
The hotel met expectations for a Hyatt Regency. The location was on the Riverwalk and close to attractions and great restaurants. I paid about half what my friends paid for a comparable hotel.
Really helpful staff, convenient part of town, next door to a great bakery, plenty to see and do. Loved it.
