I am upset with my order. Is this a joke?! I didn't expect that amiclubwear wasnt ethic as I supposed. After waiting more than a month for my package to arrive it is missing alot of things. Plus all the rhinestone are scratched, there's a green one that is not the one I payed for. It's a simple wsuimsuit white the 2 sides of rhinestone conector separated. The rest of my order is missing, and they printed the order details, like they are all inside that 3 pound package. I feel I been disrespected and I need my refund back. I been calling, leaving voice messages an no one is responding. I spent almost $500.00 and there's not even $100 value in what I received.
I wouldn't given give this place 1 star. I ordered something on January 13,2022 and when I'm able to get through on the website, it says it's still processing. The website says it's only supposed to take up to 3 days to process. I've tried calling the customer service number only to hold for 15 minutes and then was instructed to leave a message. I've also sent multiple emails to support and nothing. Just an automated response that the wharehouse has moved and responses to emails have been delayed. This is unacceptable. They were quick to take the money out of my account though.
I am about to dispute the charge with my bank and contact the Better Business Bureau. I am so extremely disappointed. They need to do better. I'm begging to even wonder if this business is legit.

I ordered some clothes for my wife in November 2021 for Christmas using my credit card. I received a confirmation email for my purchase stating that I would receive another email when it shipped. In late December as I wrapped presents, I realized my gifts from AMIClubwear never came. I checked my emails, nothing stating it had been shipped. I tried calling the 800 number listed on my emails and on the website. The number was invalid. It just goes to dead line with no voicemail or message. I then researched my bank statement and found that my $160+ purchase had been charged to my bank for $260 and billed as "VENMO" which was really strange since I paid via credit card. I immediately called the bank and filed a complain which was ruled in my favor and the charges dropped, but this business seems very fishy. Beware!
I always have a hard time finding shoes as I have a small size (5) sometimes a (5.5) I wear stilettos so always wanted to wear fashionable heels- Amiclub has never failed me. Everyone loves my shoes and because no one else has them I am unique within my circles!
Wish I had read the reviews for this company before purchasing. I wanted to cancel immediately after purchase, but could not get a timely response (took 6 days). When they did respond, by email, they had already shipped my order. Now I'm stuck with these poorly constructed bikinis. Yes, they were cheap... but it's the PRINCIPLE. If they are made this poorly, they shouldn't be sold at all! I'm so disappointed.

They have not shipped my wifes product. It was Ordered on October 27,2021, we recieved confirmation of the order only after calling just to get hung up on. So then we tried emailing, that is when we got our 1 and only response. Since then all of our emails have been ignored and im pretty sure they just took 142$ from us.

Placed an order on October 7th for Halloween. It said that it would come in time, and that it would only take 2 days to process. At this time, the order is still "processing" and has not been shipped out. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you do not want to receive the items you ordered. I ordered an item September 21 for Halloween. I started emailing them on the 28th because I had not received any information let alone any shipping updates. Simply a confirmation email saying that my card was charged is all that I received. Since the 28th I have emailed countless times asking kindly for updates yet I have received nothing, they are ignoring over 10 emails that I have sent, I have called their number and sat on hold for an hour with zero assistance.
