Extremely poor company

I ordered a $90 costume from AMIClubwear two weeks before I needed it. Since it said theyll ship within a few days I thought Id be fine in terms of having the costume on time. October 15,2017 I ordered the costume and some gloves to go along with it. The following day, the 16th, I checked to see if I had a confirmation code via email and I didnt. I then checked my bank account to see if the order had come out. It didnt. Because of that I assumed the order didnt go through. So that same day I went and ordered it again since it was clear it didnt go through (no confirmation number and money wasnt taken out of my bank account). I ordered the same thing again: costume and gloves. The following day, October 17,2017, two days after the first order, I got two confirmation numbers and two different money transactions from AMIClubwear. An order that would have been $90, if they had done their job correctly, has now turned into $180+. I have emailed their customer service a total of 8 times now. Ive sat on hold for 15 minutes twice a day since the 17th besides for Saturday and Sunday since theyre closed, and not once has someone answered. No one has returned my emails either. All Ive asked from them was to cancel ONE of the two orders. Especially since the costumes are final sale and I cant return them once they get to my door step. I have the impression now, after reading the reviews, that I wont recieve even one of the two costumes until after the date I needed them for. So $180 wasted. The order I need canceled is ******* Incase they decide to make up for the extremely poor reviews about their business. If so, Ill be sure to write a review about how they made up for the issue. What should of been one order turned into two because of AMIClubwears lack of sending confirmation numbers and taking the money from my bank account right away. Just hoping now they make things right on their end for the customers theyve screwed over.

A big fat zero

This company is the absolute worst worst customer service and worst product. It is a scam!
And then they never call you email or text you back to let you know if they have resolved an issue. I supposedly talk to a manager Caroline Aguilar, who continue to mess up the order. At this point nothing has been resolved their phone lines are down and I have sent 5 emails plus my daughter has sent several herself since she is the one to receive the dress. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This has been the worst week, that's right over a entire week dealing with this company! 1st wrong dress sent
#2 try... sent to incorrect address by a lady that claims to be a supervisor (Caroline Aguilera caroline. *******@amiclubwear.) and over the phone told me she would make sure it was correct.
3rd try dress that was rechosen was damaged, she emailed my daughter 10 min before leaving for the WEEKEND (how convenient) and, said the dress she, picked was damaged and would not be able to be shipped. (Mind you all this, was done on our end in plenty of time for my daughters trip that she, had saved and saved to go on and now has been a living hell) 4th called first thing Monday (still enough time to get straighted out) company phone has been shut off recorded message saying will be back Tuesday. Fast forward to Tuesday recorded messaget again saying phones are off and company would be back Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday recorded message saying on Wednesday they would be back on Tuesday (yep that's right) Now on Thursday I get through ask to speak to Caroline Aguilera after holding for over 1 hour that CSR SENDS ME TO A VOICE MAIL OF SOME OTHER PERSON and cuts me off. Plus a swimsuit that was ordered never showed up! Sopposidly my daughters, dress will be delivered tomorrow I have my doubts. And they will not do anything about the swimsuit!: the only thing that could even possibly turn this around is that my daughter received the dress that she wanted and the swimwear that she ordered while she's on vacation in Las Vegas. I have zero confidence this will happen

Worst experience of anywhere

Don`t get me wrong, I am pretty tolerant for poor customer service out there and exchanges/returns taking weeks upon weeks but the "service" i received at AMIClubwear pretty much takes the cake...

Ordered a bunch of bathing suits (as per their size charts) before a vacation months and months ago... long story short not only were the sizes wrong, i couldnt even get them on! I am 5`7`140Lbs, pretty much your average sized woman for my height... NOTHING fit, and to top it off, one top didnt even open to put on. It was one of those, "pull over" type deals... but nothing was able to be pulled over.

SO I have emailed them sooo many times. They have received all the items back, with the exchange rate I am out a pretty penny thats for sure. So you can imagine how im PISSED at this point that they are now jerking me around telling me in emails over and over the items are non refundable, they do not accept them back, the items wont even be accepted without a return number on them, bla bla bla.
Well needless to say, they did accept the package (thank you Postal Tracking) and it has now been another couple months and they tell me that because i didnt have the number on the package, it will take longer for them to get to it, but when it is processed they will notify me... great, right?! WRONG

SO I finally follow up woth them again about this return and refund and they send me: "As the items were returned without being Authorized the package will be abandoned and refused

If you would like to receive this package back you must pay $44.80 to retrieve the package

If you do not want to pay to retrieve this package the package will be abandoned and no credit will be issued

Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us back."

LIKE F*? K am i going to pay another $50 to have them SHIPPED back to me when They are unusable!

Moral of this story - dont buy from them. Period. Im still going to fight them. Its alot of money they stole from me, and im fully prepared to take legal action against them (this goes back to the whole "you dont know who your dealing with" kinda thing) luckilly for me, i actually work in the legal field and know all my rights AND have connections to deal with crooks like them!

Anyways - hope you find this review helpful. Good luck finding what your shopping for, anywhere but there!

I returned my 2 pair untouched thigh high boots and followed your guidelines with using the same box and using a RMA# and no response on my refund or credit..."Is this what you people do give people the wrong size so they can send them back and keep their returns and don't give them back there money or never email them or answer your phones?... If this is how you run your business, then you people better look forward to not being in business for longevity, because this is very bad business for the employees and the owner who is CEO Yang Yang!... I will be getting in contact next with her if this matter is not addressed in the right way and I will get with BBB!

BEYOND POOR Customer Support

I have been a great customer with Lazada for 2 years now and purchased a lot of items with them from gadgets, fashion, furnitures and the list go on.

Since I am from overseas, I found it very convenient for me to buy stuff from them and have ir delivered to my family.

Then last month in one of my transactions, I purchased a wall fan. It arrived on 6/28/16.

Our fault is that my family tried it 4 days later. It burnt when plugged. We had an electician checked it and was advised that it's a defective fan. Bad motor and so on.

With that, we contacted Lazada and their phone lines were just way too busy. We kept on calling them everyday only to get a hold of them on a Sunday.

The first girl we spoke with said, sure. Then we're asked return or exchange. I decided exchange since I really wanted the item for my daughter. She said an email will be sent with the procedure. I then got the email but the instructions given didn't work.

We called again.

Another girl said the same thing and she added for us to log out out and refresh because she just spoke to another customer with the same issue and she mentioned that the customer ALSO had a hard time with their procedure.

I still patiently did what I was told. Yet, still it didn't work.

We made another call.

Now this lady said we were MISINFORMED and we were already over their 7 days policy and we need to bring it to their service center. Of course it's an extra charge.

IT THEIR PHONE LINES WERE PROMPTLY ANSWERED ON A WEEK DAY THEN WE SHOULDN'T BE IN THIS MESS.

THE OTHER PERSON WHO EMAILED ME LACKED KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUSSINESS.

BEING MISINFORMED HAPPENS AND IS UNDERSTABLE IF RESOLVED WITH A WIN-WIN SITUATION.

CHALLENGING A CUSTOMER WITH A CONCERN SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ASKED THEM TO CHECK THEIR LOGS AND SEE OUR NUMBER WITH THE NUMEROUS CALLS MADE BEFORE THEY CHALLENGE US FURTHER.

WITH THE INCONVENIENCE OF THEIR RETURN POLICY, OF US HAVING THAT FAN CHECKED BY OUR ELECTRICIAN TO MAKING EFFORTS TO HAVE IT EXCHANGED THEN TO FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTION TO BRING IT OVER THEIR SERVICE CENTER AND BE CHARGED FOR IT MORE IS JUST NOT WORTH IT!

OH AND THEY CANCELLED ONE OF MY RECENT ORDERS WITH AN EMAIL SAYING THEY COULDN'T REACH US WAS JUST THE CHERRY ON TOP OF THE ICING. "'WE NEVER GOT A CALL FOR THAT DELIVERY FOR THEM TO SAY THEY COULDN'T REACH US! HOW LAME!" THEN WAS TOLD IT'S BEING REFUNDED AND JUST ORDER AGAIN!

BUNCH OF BULL!

I hate to say that I would never order from them again but I sure am cancelling my account with them!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

ORDERED MY ITEM ON AUGUST 6th. CALLED ABOUT 3wks TO REPORT MY ITEM HASN'T BEEN RECEIVED AND WAS ADVISED THAT THEY HAD DELIVERED MY ORDER TO MY OLD ADDRESS DESPITE THE FACT THAT I KNOW I'VE CHANGED. WELL I TALKED TO FED EX AND WAS PROMISED A REFUND... WAITED ANOTHER WK OR 2 AND STILL NOTHING. CALLED AMICLUBWEAR AND WAS ADVISED TO WAIT 4-5 MORE DAYS. WAITED A WK AND STILL NOTHING. CALLED AND WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HR BEFORE I FINALLY CHOSE THE CALL BACK OPTION WITH A PROMISE TO BE CALLED BACK THAT SAME DAY... WAITED AND STILL NOTHING. SO TODAY I CALLED THEM BACK... AGAIN...
