Companies that do not poblish certain reviews. Of course the item I had an issue is the same item my review was not published. I went over their guidelines to make sure I was no violating them. I also did the math and if the publish my review then the overall rating of this product would drop to 3. I won't buy here again knowing their reviews are not accurate.
Items were of very good quality. They were as advertised. On the pricey side but "you get what you pay for." Delivery was fast too.
If I would have known they were cheap China products, I would not have purchased, them, they even tell you you have to seal them with silicone? Not happy already, especially for the $200+ price…

Just ordered a set of spark plugs for a 2005 Mustang, the site is well laid out and very easy to find parts, ordered the parts at 9:30 this morning and by 10:00 had an e-mail that they where shipped and had a tracking number, estimated delivery 2 days earlier than quoted, they also sent me copies of the order. I really like all the communication makes me feel they are on top of things and value my business.

The daily emails for promo items I receive is too much. Several emails per day immediately fallowing my order. It would be nice if those emails were kept to a minimum, and only were sent if regarding an order.
Ordered a set of wheels for my 03 mustang. I received all 4 except one of them wasn't in the original packaging. When I opened that specific one the lip to the wheel was damaged. Called customer service and took me almost half my day in order to get my item processed called customer service e at 8am central time and my order was processed until 4pm central time.

It doesn't take long to receive the merchandise, however, why doesn't UPS deliver the items? My item was transferred from UPS to USPS midway. It takes me longer to get the items because I have to make time to go pick up the item at the post office. Sometimes I'm in line for up to 2 hours. I am willing to pay UPS to deliver to my home, how can I go about ordering and have UPS deliver? I am willing to pay for shipping.
