Before I ordered the headlights, I wanted to make sure the web description was correct that stated that these headlights came with bulbs. Tried the chat option. Chat ked if someone cold call me. I received a call at 9:18 AM from Chester Pa, and spoke with a "tech rep" to verify hat the headlights came with bulbs, as stated on the website. I anted to make sure because it said so in the description. Well lo- and behold my"DNR" headlights showed up in a box, naked of lighting elements. It's a shame tech people an only read the same description as me but couldn't verify. I'll let my Mustang group know about American Muscle.
Canceled order never really gave a reason why just returned money definitely not good business sense by a lot of products from them but now I'm looking elsewhere

I first ordereda up strut tower brace for my 2023 charger scat pack, it wouldn't fit it was hitting the PCB on the intake so sent it back to receive "store credit", ok I ordered a pedal controller, as it was as close to my original order, all but $3 dollars and change, I had to go through the process multiple times for the purchase to clear so now I'm waiting on my new purchase to arrive can't find a date and get e mails constantly about it with no information. I'm rather disappointed, and this is the 2 nd time I've filled this out

I'm ordering another spoiler. I ordered a carbon fiber one. And it was worse than advertised open box. After epoxying. The mounting bases cracked making it worthless.

I ordered front seats for my 06 Mustang. Talked to an associate before ordering. The associate helped me in ordering the right parts for my vehicle. My parts are still in transit so I can't comment on the quality of the parts ordered just yet. But I will give an update as soon as I receive them.
Shift knob is oem ford but has cracks below the #2 and below the R. It's a cheap part but not worth the hassle to return and beats what was on it.

Set the correct billing addy since it was MY card that paid for it. Set the correct Shipping addy. In the final, for some unknown reason, without my permission, the order list took it on it's SELF, to change the billing addy, and tagging my brothers name and his addy(shipping addy) to MY card and MY email. And nothing on the web page could correct this. So I contact support via AI chat, which explains to me that this was done to prevent fraud. So to prevent this, the payment system created a fraud bill addy, by using my brothers addy and name, making a fraud billing. When I finally got a hold of someone live that could help. They kept referring me to my brothers name. Now we got jamming a fraud billing, addy and now person ID. Most unprofessional business I have ever seen. Your a business, you so not get to dictate who is doing the payment, and who is getting it shipped to. It's not a conspiracy, it's not your business to dictate the terms in this. AND it WILL NOT make sure you get paid. For EXAMPLE, Legally under law, he is NOT the card holder, sending him a bill by mail for the sake your not paid he CAN prove in a court of law it is not his card, has no bank with that name the card comes from, and also prove, he did NOT make the order. Since *******@yahoo.com is MY email and NOT his, he CAN prove he received NO email notification. Since this is for MY car, which both MY title, plates, AND my DL as well as my bank, He gets to walk out and you guys get NOTHING but a possible law suit for a fraudulent claim. And that would be fact. In the end out of my experience with you is, the only thing you risked with me, is getting my account locked out because my brother is not the card holder. NOW because of YOU, I have to fight with my bank to make sure everything is good to go still and process my refund without a problem. I already informed them of this issue I had with you.
Ebay dose not do what you do, Rock auto does NOT do what you do, Amazon dose not do what you do. If I pay it and want it shipped else where, MY info is on the billing addy, and the other is on the shipping addy. This includes using my phone number and email addy added to the shipping order cause I am the one that paid for it, I am the one that NEEDS the info on the item. NOT the shipping location. Lucky for me, I found the SAME parts on Jegs, which, like all the other normal business, was able to get the shipping separate from the billing right like it should be. You the only one that does not, So nice job, you lost a customer. Have a good day...
